NaOH溶液中糠醛對鋁陽極腐蝕行為及活化性能的影響

【摘要】:為提高電池中鋁陽極的活化性能及減緩其腐蝕,利用失重法、電化學(xué)法、腐蝕形貌觀測等方法,研究了在4 mol/L Na OH溶液中添加糠醛(C5H4O2)對鋁陽極(99.999%)腐蝕行為及活化性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:糠醛能抑制鋁陽極的腐蝕,當(dāng)糠醛的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.0%時,失重法和阻抗法均測得鋁的緩蝕率最高,分別為61.1%和55.8%,腐蝕表面均勻;當(dāng)4 mol/L Na OH中添加1.0%糠醛時,在-1.20 V下鋁陽極的電流密度高達(dá)178 m A/cm2,開路電位Eocp最負(fù),為-1.87 V,活化性能有所改善。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the activation performance of aluminum anode in battery and to slow down its corrosion, the effect of furfural (C _ 5H _ 4O _ 2) added in 4 mol/L NaOH solution on the corrosion behavior and activation performance of aluminum anode was studied by weight-loss method, electrochemical method and corrosion morphology observation.The results show that furfural can inhibit the corrosion of aluminum anode. When the mass fraction of furfural is 1.0, the corrosion inhibition rate of aluminum is the highest, 61.1% and 55.8%, respectively, when the mass fraction of furfural is 1.0%, and the corrosion surface is uniform when 1.0% furfural is added to 4 mol/L NaOH.At -1.20 V, the current density of aluminum anode is up to 178 Ma / cm ~ 2, and the open circuit potential (Eocp) is the most negative, which is -1.87 V. the activation performance of the anode is improved.
