5083鋁合金表面化學(xué)鍍Ni-P鍍層的力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:采用化學(xué)鍍方法在5083鋁合金基體上制備了Ni-P非晶薄膜,采用納米壓痕技術(shù)在不同應(yīng)變速率下研究Ni-P非晶薄膜的硬度、彈性模量和變形行為.結(jié)果表明,Ni-P非晶薄膜硬度不是一個恒定值,與納米壓痕的壓入深度有關(guān),而彈性模量基本保持不變;載荷-深度曲線出現(xiàn)跳躍及臺階現(xiàn)象與應(yīng)變速率有關(guān),應(yīng)變速率愈慢,曲線出現(xiàn)臺階現(xiàn)象越明顯;跳躍臺階源于單個剪切帶的開動,而在高的應(yīng)變速率條件下,由于多個剪切帶的開動,曲線上便不出現(xiàn)跳躍臺階.
[Abstract]:Ni-P amorphous films were prepared on 5083 aluminum alloy substrates by electroless plating. The hardness, elastic modulus and deformation behavior of Ni-P amorphous films were studied by nano-indentation technique at different strain rates.The results show that the hardness of Ni-P amorphous films is not a constant value, which is related to the indentation depth of nanocrystalline indentation, while the elastic modulus is almost unchanged, the jump of load-depth curve and the step phenomenon are related to the strain rate, and the strain rate is slower.The more obvious the phenomenon of steps in the curve is, the more obvious the jump step is from the moving of a single shear band, but under the condition of high strain rate, there are no jump steps on the curve due to the moving of multiple shear bands.
