合金元素對316LN不銹鋼的力學(xué)性能和點蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了N、Cr、Mo和Ni四種合金元素含量的變化對核電主管道用固溶態(tài)316LN不銹鋼的晶粒尺寸以及常規(guī)力學(xué)性能和點蝕性能的影響.隨著N含量的升高,316LN的晶粒明顯細(xì)化,其在固溶處理過程中晶粒長大趨勢也減小.N含量的升高可改善316LN的力學(xué)性能和耐點蝕性能,但是當(dāng)N質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到0.20%時,其耐點蝕性能又開始變差.晶粒細(xì)化對316LN強度的影響遠(yuǎn)小于N含量對316LN強度的影響.Cr及Ni含量對316LN的晶粒尺寸及抗拉強度、屈服強度等力學(xué)性能影響不大;Cr含量增加可輕微改善316LN的抗點蝕能力,Ni元素對316LN的耐點蝕性能影響不大,但可增大鈍態(tài)的腐蝕速度從而不利于鈍化膜的穩(wěn)定.隨Mo含量增加,316LN的晶粒尺寸略有減小,強度增大,延伸率顯著降低,耐點蝕能力改善.
[Abstract]:The effects of the contents of four kinds of alloying elements Nu Cr Mo and Ni on the grain size, conventional mechanical properties and pitting corrosion properties of solid solution 316LN stainless steel for nuclear power main pipeline were studied.With the increase of N content, the grain size of X316LN is obviously refined, and the increase of grain length during solution treatment can also improve the mechanical properties and pitting corrosion resistance of 316LN, but when the N content reaches 0.20%,Its pitting corrosion resistance began to deteriorate again.The effect of grain refinement on 316LN strength is much smaller than that of N content on 316LN strength .Cr and Ni content on the grain size and tensile strength of 316LN.The increase of mechanical properties such as yield strength has little effect on the pitting corrosion resistance of 316LN and Ni element has little effect on the pitting corrosion resistance of 316LN, but it can increase the corrosion rate of passivation state, which is not conducive to the stability of passivation film.With the increase of Mo content, the grain size, strength, elongation and pitting corrosion resistance of Y316LN decrease slightly.
