高鋁TRIP鋼的高溫力學性能

【摘要】:利用Gleeble3500試驗機研究汽車用C-Mn-Al系TRIP鋼的高溫力學性能,測定了零塑性溫度和零強度溫度,應用差示掃描量熱法測定其相變區(qū)間,采用掃描電鏡和光學顯微鏡分析了不同拉伸溫度對應的斷口宏觀形貌及斷口附近組織組成.該鋼種零塑性溫度和零強度溫度分別為1425℃和1430℃,第Ⅰ脆性區(qū)間為1400℃~熔點,第Ⅲ脆性區(qū)間為800~925℃.第Ⅲ脆性區(qū)脆化的原因是α鐵素體從γ晶界析出,試樣從975℃冷卻至700℃過程中,隨著α鐵素體析出比例的增大,斷面收縮率先減小后增大.基體α鐵素體比例為8.1%時(850℃),斷面收縮率降至28.9%;而拉伸溫度在800℃以下時,基體α鐵素體比例超過16.7%,斷面收縮率回升至38.5%以上.該鋼種在1275.6℃時開始析出少量粗大的Al N顆粒,但對鋼的熱塑性沒有影響.
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties at high temperature of C-Mn-Al series TRIP steel for automobile were studied by using Gleeble3500 test machine. The zero plastic temperature and zero strength temperature were measured. The phase transition interval was measured by differential scanning calorimetry.SEM and optical microscopy were used to analyze the macroscopic morphology of fracture surface and the microstructure near the fracture surface at different tensile temperatures.The zero plastic temperature and zero strength temperature of the steel are 1425 鈩,
