基于S7-300PLC的內(nèi)高壓成形機(jī)位置同步控制試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:內(nèi)高壓成形過(guò)程中兩側(cè)缸位置同步控制問(wèn)題,是內(nèi)高壓成形控制系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。應(yīng)用自主研制的多變量協(xié)調(diào)控制模擬試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行仿真與試驗(yàn)研究,對(duì)側(cè)缸位置控制系統(tǒng)建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用"同等+主從"控制方式,利用Simulink搭建該系統(tǒng)的PID控制仿真模型進(jìn)行仿真,仿真結(jié)果證明了采用PID控制進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)的可行性。在此基礎(chǔ)上采用S7-300 PLC作為主控制器,基于Win CC組態(tài)軟件,進(jìn)行單側(cè)缸位置PID控制及兩側(cè)缸位置同步PID控制試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:基于S7-300 PLC的兩側(cè)缸位置同步PID控制系統(tǒng),同步控制精度高、抗干擾能力強(qiáng),能夠滿(mǎn)足內(nèi)高壓成形機(jī)位置同步系統(tǒng)控制要求,為S7-300 PLC在內(nèi)高壓成形機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)上的實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了參考。
[Abstract]:One of the key technologies of the internal high pressure forming control system is the simultaneous control of the position of the two sides of the cylinder in the process of internal high pressure forming.The simulation and experimental research is carried out on the multi-variable coordinated control simulation test platform developed by ourselves. The mathematical model of the side cylinder position control system is established, and the "equal master-slave" control mode is adopted.The PID control simulation model of the system is built by using Simulink. The simulation results prove the feasibility of using PID control to carry out the experiment.On this basis, the S7-300 PLC is used as the main controller and the Win CC configuration software is used to carry out the experimental research on the single-side cylinder position PID control and the two-side cylinder position synchronization PID control system. The experimental results show that the PID control system for the two sides cylinder position synchronization is based on S7-300 PLC.The synchronous control accuracy is high and the anti-interference ability is strong. It can meet the control requirements of the position synchronization system of the internal high-pressure forming machine. It provides a reference for the practical application of the S7-300 PLC internal high-voltage forming machine control system.
