基于Internet的數(shù)控機(jī)床遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:近十多年來(lái),隨著Internet技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展及廣泛應(yīng)用,開(kāi)放化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化已成為了數(shù)控機(jī)床的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。由于Internet技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展以及局域網(wǎng)的逐步建設(shè)與普及,為數(shù)控機(jī)床的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供了最堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ);贗nternet的數(shù)控機(jī)床遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)為設(shè)備生產(chǎn)商提供遠(yuǎn)程診斷與維護(hù)功能,且便于設(shè)備使用者對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行集中和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理,對(duì)現(xiàn)在遠(yuǎn)程設(shè)備維修以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造具有重要意義。本文研究了一種基于Internet的數(shù)控機(jī)床遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),在調(diào)研和分析目前國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)控機(jī)床遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原理及其實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)方案。在研究的過(guò)程中,遇到了當(dāng)前無(wú)線傳感器數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)議在兩個(gè)典型的場(chǎng)景中無(wú)法保證數(shù)控機(jī)床多類(lèi)數(shù)據(jù)的有效傳輸與分類(lèi)解析的問(wèn)題。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于無(wú)線傳感網(wǎng)的通用的數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)議,彌補(bǔ)現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)議的不足。系統(tǒng)采用C#語(yǔ)言中Windows Form窗體編程技術(shù)和基于Microsoft SQL Server的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)客戶端的應(yīng)用程序,完成的功能模塊主要有登陸模塊、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢模塊、數(shù)據(jù)分析與處理模塊、用戶管理模塊等。最后,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)硬件與軟件的聯(lián)合調(diào)試,無(wú)線采集通訊終端采用本文設(shè)計(jì)的基于無(wú)線傳感網(wǎng)的通用數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)議,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行正常,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:In recent ten years, with the rapid development and wide application of Internet technology, opening and networking has become the development trend of NC machine tools.Because of the rapid development of Internet technology and the gradual construction and popularization of LAN, it provides the most solid foundation for the development of remote monitoring technology of NC machine tools.The remote monitoring system of NC machine tools based on Internet provides remote diagnosis and maintenance function for equipment manufacturers and facilitates the centralized and networked management of equipment users. It is of great significance to remote equipment maintenance and networked manufacturing.In this paper, a remote monitoring system of NC machine tools based on Internet is studied. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the remote monitoring system of CNC machine tools at home and abroad, the design principle and the technical scheme of the whole system are given.In the process of research, the current wireless sensor data protocol can not guarantee the effective transmission and classification of multi-class data in two typical scenarios.In this paper, a general data protocol based on wireless sensor network is designed to make up for the deficiency of the existing data protocol.The system adopts Windows Form forms programming technology in C # language and database technology based on Microsoft SQL Server to develop remote monitoring client application program. The main function modules are login module, historical data query module, data analysis and processing module.User management module, etc.Finally, the hardware and software of the system are debugged under the condition of the laboratory. The wireless acquisition and communication terminal adopts the general data protocol based on wireless sensor network designed in this paper. The system runs normally and achieves the desired effect.
