熱型連鑄鋁線的制備及其顯微組織和性能

【摘要】:采用自制的熱型連鑄設(shè)備制備鋁線材料,研究鑄型溫度和拉鑄速度等工藝參數(shù)對(duì)材料表面質(zhì)量、顯微組織及力學(xué)性能的影響,通過(guò)對(duì)最佳工藝條件下制備的鑄錠斷口形貌進(jìn)行觀察和分析,探討其相關(guān)機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)鑄型溫度為675~685℃、拉鑄速度為90~120 mm/min時(shí),可以制備出表面質(zhì)量較佳的鑄錠;同時(shí),工藝參數(shù)會(huì)對(duì)晶體的擇優(yōu)取向產(chǎn)生一定影響,當(dāng)鑄型溫度和拉鑄速度分別為680℃和90 mm/min時(shí),晶體的取向更傾向于沿?100?方向生長(zhǎng),鑄型溫度越高,鑄錠力學(xué)性能越優(yōu)異。當(dāng)拉鑄速度為90 mm/min時(shí),制備的熱型連鑄鋁線具有最佳的塑性加工能力。相比于普通多晶鋁線,熱型連鑄鋁線具有更好的塑性。
[Abstract]:Aluminum wire materials were prepared by using a self-made hot mold continuous casting equipment. The effects of casting temperature and casting speed on the surface quality, microstructure and mechanical properties of the materials were studied.The fracture morphology of the ingot prepared under the optimum technological conditions was observed and analyzed, and the related mechanism was discussed.The results show that the better surface quality ingot can be prepared when the mold temperature is 675 ~ 685 鈩,
