【摘要】：以某特種車輛支架零件為例,提出一種適用于大型復(fù)雜零件的擠壓鑄造成形工藝,設(shè)計(jì)了模具,并運(yùn)用Pro CAST軟件進(jìn)行了鑄件流動(dòng)場(chǎng)和溫度場(chǎng)的數(shù)值模擬分析,驗(yàn)證了成形工藝參數(shù).最后運(yùn)用A356鋁合金進(jìn)行了大型復(fù)雜支架的擠壓鑄造成形實(shí)驗(yàn),試制鑄件滿足要求.研究結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)模具對(duì)大型復(fù)雜零件具有較好的成形能力,從而驗(yàn)證了該成形工藝對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)大型復(fù)雜零件擠壓鑄造成形的可行性和有效性.
[Abstract]:Taking the support parts of a special vehicle as an example, a kind of squeeze casting forming process suitable for large and complex parts is put forward, the die is designed, and the numerical simulation analysis of the flow field and temperature field of castings is carried out by using Pro CAST software.The process parameters are verified.Finally, the extrusion casting experiments of large complex support were carried out with A356 aluminum alloy, and the castings were manufactured to meet the requirements.The results show that the die has good formability for large and complex parts, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this forming process for realizing squeeze casting of large complex parts.
