雙級時效對含Sc的Al-Zn-Mg-Zr合金組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:通過慢應(yīng)變速率拉伸實驗(SSR_T)、晶間腐蝕試驗、剝落腐蝕實驗、室溫力學(xué)性能測試、電導(dǎo)率測試、維氏硬度測量和透射電子顯微分析等手段對2.5 mm厚Al-5.4Zn-2.0Mg-0.25Sc-0.1Zr合金板材在雙級時效下的抗應(yīng)力腐蝕性能(SCC)、抗晶間腐蝕性能(IGC)、抗剝落腐蝕性能(EC)、力學(xué)性能、電學(xué)性能、顯微組織結(jié)構(gòu)及其演變規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果表明:合金較適宜的雙級時效工藝為120℃/6 h+140℃/20 h,在此工藝條件下合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度R_m、屈服強(qiáng)度R_p、伸長率A和電導(dǎo)率γ分別為553 MPa,534 MPa,12.0%和22.3 MS/m,雙級時效后合金晶內(nèi)為彌散分布的亞穩(wěn)定強(qiáng)化相η′-MgZn_2,晶界出現(xiàn)粗大不連續(xù)分布的平衡相η-MgZn_2,還伴有明顯寬化的無沉淀析出帶。與單級峰值時效(120℃/24 h)相比,合金晶間腐蝕傾向減小,具有良好的抗剝落腐蝕性能,剝蝕等級為中等剝落腐蝕(EB)級,具有良好的抗應(yīng)力腐蝕性能。
[Abstract]:Through the slow strain rate tensile test (SSRS), the intergranular corrosion test, the exfoliation corrosion test, the mechanical property test at room temperature, the electrical conductivity test, Vickers hardness measurement and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to study the stress corrosion resistance (SCC), intergranular corrosion resistance (IGC), exfoliation corrosion resistance (ECC), mechanical properties and electrical properties of 2.5mm thick Al-5.4Zn-2.0Mg-0.25Sc-0.1Zr alloy plates under two-stage aging.
