基于彈性反變形法的連接桿焊接變形控制

【摘要】:基于熱-機(jī)耦合熱彈塑性有限元理論,利用MARC有限元分析軟件對(duì)連接桿的焊接變形進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,并進(jìn)行焊接試驗(yàn).將數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,兩者基本吻合,誤差僅為4.8%,驗(yàn)證了有限元模型建立的準(zhǔn)確性.在此基礎(chǔ)上,自行設(shè)計(jì)了彈性反變形工裝.對(duì)有反變形工裝的連接桿進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,并將最佳工藝參數(shù)應(yīng)用于試驗(yàn)中,得到了理想的焊接樣件.結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)未采用反變形工裝時(shí),連接桿的最大焊接變形量為9.85 mm;當(dāng)采用反變形工裝且中間和兩側(cè)彎環(huán)的下壓量分別為7,4 mm時(shí),最大的焊接變形量減小至1.73 mm,降低了82.4%,有效的控制了焊接變形.
[Abstract]:Based on thermo-mechanical coupled thermoelastic-plastic finite element theory, MARC finite element analysis software is used to simulate welding deformation of connecting rod, and welding test is carried out. The error is only 4.8, which verifies the accuracy of establishing the finite element model. On this basis, the elastic reverse deformation tool is designed by ourselves. The connecting rod with reverse deformation is numerically simulated, and the optimum process parameters are applied to the test. An ideal welding sample is obtained. The results show that the maximum welding deformation of the connecting rod is 9.85 mm when the reverse deformation tool is not used, and when the pressure of the middle and both sides of the bending ring is 74mm, the maximum welding deformation of the connecting rod is 9.85 mm. The maximum welding deformation is reduced to 1.73 mm, 82.4 mm, and the welding deformation is effectively controlled.
