【摘要】:采用自主設(shè)計(jì)的微動(dòng)疲勞加載設(shè)備對機(jī)械部件使用的TA16、DD6及FGH95三種合金材料的疲勞性能進(jìn)行了研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,這三種合金材料的初始疲勞裂紋首先出現(xiàn)在材料和微動(dòng)墊相互接觸的區(qū)域,這說明這種微動(dòng)疲勞加載設(shè)備具有良好的性能。DD6和FGH95合金材料的微動(dòng)疲勞壽命比TA16材料的要高。
[Abstract]:The fatigue properties of TA16 DD-6 and FGH95 alloy materials used in mechanical components were studied by using the fretting fatigue loading equipment designed by ourselves. The experimental results show that, The initial fatigue cracks of the three alloys first occur in the contact region between the material and the fretting pad, which indicates that the fretting fatigue loading equipment has good properties. DD6 and FGH95 alloys have higher fretting fatigue life than that of TA16.
