廢舊機床可再制造質(zhì)量評估與決策研究

【摘要】:我國擁有世界最多的機床,機床加工性能和信息化水平比較落后,未來將有一大批機床將因技術(shù)壽命或使用壽命終結(jié)而報廢。對廢舊機床實施再制造可實現(xiàn)設(shè)備材料資源循環(huán)利用、提升機床能效,符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展和綠色制造要求。由于廢舊機床本身質(zhì)量、使用工況、零部件剩余壽命等的不確定性和隨機性,導(dǎo)致廢舊機床可再制造質(zhì)量評估困難,從而無法保證廢舊機床再制造質(zhì)量。本文在國家自然科學(xué)基金的資助下,從廢舊機床整機可再制造質(zhì)量屬性評估與廢舊零部件可再制造質(zhì)量屬性決策兩個方面進行研究,提出可再制造質(zhì)量評估方法和質(zhì)量決策模型。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)根據(jù)對某機床集團再制造事業(yè)部的廢舊機床再制造過程的調(diào)研,深入分析廢舊機床的再制造過程,結(jié)合朱蘭質(zhì)量模型,提出廢舊機床再制造質(zhì)量模型,進而確定影響再制造機床質(zhì)量的主要因素。(2)針對再制造機床質(zhì)量影響因素,構(gòu)建涵蓋技術(shù)性、經(jīng)濟性、綠色性和綜合性能提升四個方面的廢舊機床整機可再制造質(zhì)量評估體系,為系統(tǒng)、全面的評估廢舊機床整機可再制造質(zhì)量屬性奠定基礎(chǔ)。(3)針對廢舊機床可再制造質(zhì)量評估體系的多層次、多因素相互聯(lián)系又相互制約,而且具有明顯的不確定性、模糊性,提出基于G1與模糊綜合相結(jié)合的廢舊機床可再制造質(zhì)量評價法,解決傳統(tǒng)評價方法主觀性強、一致性檢驗導(dǎo)致效率低等問題。(4)針對廢舊零部件原始質(zhì)量、使用工況的不確定性,劃分廢舊機床零件可再制造質(zhì)量屬性(直接重用、可修復(fù)、可再制造、報廢處理),引入可拓理論論域劃分原理,并結(jié)合可拓綜合評價方法,實現(xiàn)廢舊零部件可再制造質(zhì)量屬性的準(zhǔn)確決策。
[Abstract]:China has the largest number of machine tools in the world, and its processing performance and information level are relatively backward. In the future, a large number of machine tools will be scrapped because of the end of their technical life or service life. Meet the requirements of sustainable development and green manufacturing. Due to the uncertainty and randomness of the quality of waste machine tools themselves, operating conditions, spare parts remaining life and so on, it is difficult to evaluate the remanufacturing quality of waste machine tools. Therefore, the remanufacturing quality of waste machine tools can not be guaranteed. In this paper, with the aid of the National Natural Science Foundation, the evaluation of the remanufacturing quality attribute of the whole machine tool and the decision making of the remanufacturing quality attribute of the waste parts are studied. Put forward the remanufacturing quality evaluation method and quality decision model. The main research contents are as follows: 1) based on the investigation of the remanufacturing process of the waste machine tool of a certain machine tool group, the remanufacturing process of the waste machine tool is deeply analyzed. Combining with Julan quality model, the paper puts forward the remanufacturing quality model of waste and old machine tools, and then determines the main factors that affect the quality of remanufacturing machine tools. Green and comprehensive performance enhancement four aspects of the waste machine tool remanufacturing quality assessment system for the system, A comprehensive evaluation of the remanufacturing quality attributes of waste machine tools lays the foundation for the multi-level evaluation system of the remanufacturing quality of waste machine tools. The multi-factors are interrelated and mutually restricted, and they have obvious uncertainty and fuzziness. A remanufacturing quality evaluation method for waste machine tools based on G1 and fuzzy synthesis is proposed to solve the problems of high subjectivity of traditional evaluation methods and low efficiency caused by consistency inspection. The attributes of remanufacturing quality (direct reuse, repairable, remanufacturing, scrap disposal) are divided. The theory of extension theory is introduced, and the extension comprehensive evaluation method is combined. To realize the accurate decision of remanufacturing quality attribute of waste parts.
