二十輥軋機(jī)振痕振動激勵機(jī)理與振動特征識別方法研究

【摘要】:不銹鋼廣泛應(yīng)用于航空航天、通信、汽車工業(yè)以及生活的各個方面。隨著我國制造業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,其對鋼鐵產(chǎn)品需求量持續(xù)增加,同時其制造精度的需要對不銹鋼性能和質(zhì)量的要求越來越高。然而,帶鋼在軋制過程中,表面會產(chǎn)生明暗交替的振痕,嚴(yán)重影響帶鋼表面質(zhì)量,嚴(yán)重時必須進(jìn)行重新加工或切除,大幅度地增加了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本,造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。因此,深入研究軋機(jī)振痕振動特征和激勵機(jī)理,研究有效識別振痕振動的方法,提出減少振痕產(chǎn)生的控制措施,對提高帶鋼表面質(zhì)量,具有重要的理論意義和工程價值。為有效地識別和監(jiān)測振痕振動,本文針對誘發(fā)森吉米爾二十輥軋機(jī)振痕振動的激勵機(jī)理和振痕振動特征進(jìn)行了研究,基于軋機(jī)扭振打滑模型,分析了不同工況時軋輥扭矩變化特征,揭示了軋機(jī)扭振激勵與振痕振動特征的關(guān)系;在分析前后滑區(qū)軋制力變化特征及不同軋制參數(shù)加載方式對軋機(jī)振痕振動特征影響的基礎(chǔ)上,究明了軋制參數(shù)變化激勵與振痕振動特征的關(guān)系;建立了軋輥缺陷時變接觸剛度模型和軋機(jī)有限元模型,解明了軋輥和軸承局部缺陷誘發(fā)軋機(jī)振痕振動的激勵機(jī)理和振動特征的問題;陟、自適應(yīng)小波和小波包分解能量分布信號處理方法,提出了振痕振動識別方法,并以Labview軟件為平臺開發(fā)了軋機(jī)振痕振動實(shí)時在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。現(xiàn)場試驗數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果與理論分析結(jié)果的一致性,驗證了理論分析的正確性和合理性。論文的主要研究工作如下:①基于軋機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)扭振動力學(xué)模型,將軋輥之間打滑引入到軋機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)扭振模型中,分析了軋機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)扭振激勵與振痕振動特征的關(guān)系;通過對不同軋制速度,不同軋輥之間摩擦系數(shù)對軋機(jī)扭振特性影響的分析,揭示了軋制速度,摩擦系數(shù)對軋輥扭矩的影響特征,并研究了軋機(jī)扭振的控制方法。試驗結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果的一致性,不僅驗證了理論分析軋機(jī)振痕振動特征的正確性,而且為軋機(jī)機(jī)扭振誘發(fā)軋機(jī)振痕振動特征的有效識別提供了理論與實(shí)踐依據(jù)。②針對軋制參數(shù)變化激勵與軋機(jī)振痕振動特征關(guān)系的問題,分析了軋制過程中前滑區(qū)和后滑區(qū)變化對軋制力的影響和軋制力變化規(guī)律;基于森吉米爾二十輥軋機(jī)垂向橫向耦合的動力學(xué)模型,研究了軋制力和軋機(jī)速度對軋機(jī)振痕振動特征的影響,揭示了軋制參數(shù)變化激勵與軋機(jī)振痕振動特征的關(guān)系。同時通過試驗驗證了軋制力變化規(guī)律和森吉米爾軋機(jī)動力學(xué)模型的正確性和有效性,為分析和識別振痕振動提供了理論與實(shí)踐依據(jù)。③針對軋輥和軸承局部缺陷誘發(fā)振痕振動的激勵機(jī)理和振動特征的問題,在考慮軋輥局部缺陷時軋輥之間的邊緣接觸效應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)上,分析了軋輥之間接觸剛度變化過程,揭示了軋輥局部缺陷誘發(fā)軋機(jī)振痕振動的激勵機(jī)理和振動特征;建立了軋機(jī)三維有限元模型,分析了軸承局部缺陷時軋機(jī)振痕振動特征。通過試驗數(shù)據(jù)驗證了仿真結(jié)果的正確性和模型的有效性,為研究軋機(jī)局部缺陷誘發(fā)振痕振動的激勵機(jī)理和振痕振動特征識別方法奠定了基礎(chǔ)。④針對軋機(jī)振動信號非平穩(wěn)特征和軋機(jī)振痕振動特征識別問題,引入了包絡(luò)譜信息熵和排列熵方法,分析了振痕振動時軋機(jī)加速度信號及扭矩信號的特征;基于自適應(yīng)小波方法,分析了軋輥表面缺陷尺寸大小對軋機(jī)振痕振動特征的影響;提出了小波包分解能量分布的方法,研究了振痕特征頻率分布特征。通過試驗結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果的對比,驗證了包絡(luò)譜信息熵和排列熵,自適應(yīng)小波方法,以及小波包分解能量分布對振痕識別的有效性。⑤通過對軋機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)扭振、軋制參數(shù)變化、軋輥表面局部缺陷和軸承局部缺陷誘發(fā)軋機(jī)振痕振動激勵機(jī)理與振痕振動特征關(guān)系的研究,揭示了不同激勵機(jī)理時振痕振動特征的表現(xiàn)形式;另外,證實(shí)了采用振動加速度信號獲得振痕振動特征的有效性,在結(jié)合最佳監(jiān)測測點(diǎn)選擇研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用Labview軟件開發(fā)了一套森吉米爾二十輥軋機(jī)振痕振動實(shí)時在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)具有無線與有線發(fā)射信號,信號采集與信號分析,以及數(shù)據(jù)回放等功能。通過對森吉米爾二十輥軋機(jī)長期監(jiān)測,取得了較為滿意的報警監(jiān)測效果,為實(shí)時在線監(jiān)測,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)振痕振動提供了切實(shí)可行的工具。
[Abstract]:Stainless steel is widely used in aerospace, communication, automobile industry and all aspects of life. With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, the demand for steel products continued to increase, while the manufacturing precision of the need for stainless steel performance and quality have become increasingly demanding. However, the strip in the rolling process, the surface will produce light and shade alternate oscillation marks seriously affect the surface quality of the strip, which must be reworked or removed, greatly increased production costs, resulting in huge economic losses. Therefore, in-depth study of rolling mill vibration mark vibration characteristics and incentive mechanism, method of effective identification of oscillation mark vibration, puts forward the control measures to reduce vibration.
