【摘要】：利用OM,EPMA,SEM,EDS,TEM等研究了固溶溫度對S32760雙相不銹鋼熱軋板顯微組織的影響及合金元素的分布特征,并通過電化學(xué)工作站測定了材料的耐點(diǎn)蝕性能.結(jié)果表明,S32760雙相不銹鋼在1080℃以上高溫固溶過程中,N元素從g相擴(kuò)散轉(zhuǎn)移至d相中.若固溶后緩慢冷卻,則N原子又重新遷移回g相中;如果固溶后水冷,則N原子來不及擴(kuò)散,于d相中原位彌散析出Cr2N顆粒.Cr2N顆粒的數(shù)量由淬火前的固溶溫度決定,溫度越高數(shù)量越多.當(dāng)固溶溫度從1100℃升至1300℃時(shí),d相中N的固溶度快速上升,其顯微硬度由281 HV提高至345 HV;而g相由于相比例降低也使得N的濃度間接上升,顯微硬度由290 HV升至314 HV.同時(shí),由于實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼中含有W,S32760雙相不銹鋼熱軋板在1040℃以下熱處理有s相析出,因此其固溶水冷溫度區(qū)間較窄,最佳固溶溫度為1060℃.此溫度保溫60 min后水冷,試樣中無析出物,Brinell硬度為249 HBW,點(diǎn)蝕電位為1068 m V,維鈍電流密度為1.48×10-4A/cm2.
[Abstract]:The effect of solution temperature on the microstructure of S32760 duplex stainless steel hot rolled plate and the distribution characteristics of alloying elements were studied by OMMA-SEMMA-EDSS-TEM and so on, and the effect of solution temperature on the microstructure of S32760 duplex stainless steel hot rolled sheet was investigated. The pitting corrosion resistance of S32760 duplex stainless steel was measured by electrochemical workstation. The results show that the N element is transferred from g phase to d phase in the solution process of S32760 duplex stainless steel at high temperature above 1080 鈩，
