基于多通道時(shí)間反轉(zhuǎn)Lamb波的鋁板小缺陷檢測(cè)

【摘要】:超聲Lamb波具有傳播距離遠(yuǎn)、衰減小等特點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于板結(jié)構(gòu)的無(wú)損檢測(cè)。將Lamb波檢測(cè)技術(shù)與時(shí)間反轉(zhuǎn)理論相結(jié)合,能提高鋁板中小缺陷的檢測(cè)能力。采用多通道時(shí)間反轉(zhuǎn)板中Lamb波聚焦方法對(duì)1mm厚的鋁板中直徑0.8mm通孔缺陷進(jìn)行檢測(cè),檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示多通道時(shí)間反轉(zhuǎn)檢測(cè)信號(hào)中形成了兩處明顯的聚焦,即直達(dá)波和缺陷回波聚焦,證明此方法有效提高了檢測(cè)分辨鋁板小缺陷的能力。最后通過(guò)直達(dá)波、缺陷回波兩處聚焦的時(shí)間差和Lamb波S_0模態(tài)群速度,準(zhǔn)確實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋁板中小缺陷的定位。多通道時(shí)間反轉(zhuǎn)Lamb波聚焦方法不僅得到了缺陷檢測(cè)回波,而且準(zhǔn)確實(shí)現(xiàn)了缺陷的定位,達(dá)到了提高鋁板中小缺陷檢測(cè)能力的目的。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic Lamb wave is widely used in nondestructive testing of plate structures because of its long propagation distance and low attenuation. The Lamb wave detection technique is combined with time reversal theory. The method of Lamb wave focusing in multi-channel time reversal plate is used to detect the through hole defect of 0.8 mm diameter in 1mm thick aluminum plate. The detection results show that there are two obvious foci in the multi-channel time reversal detection signal, namely, direct wave and defect echo focusing, which proves that this method can effectively improve the ability of detecting and resolving small defects of aluminum plate. The time difference between the two focus points of the defect echo and the S0 mode group velocity of the Lamb wave can accurately realize the localization of the small and medium defects in the aluminum plate. The multi-channel time-reversal Lamb wave focusing method not only obtains the defect detection echo, but also accurately realizes the defect location. The purpose of improving the ability of small and medium defect detection of aluminum plate is achieved.
