穿孔等離子弧焊接弧與熔池的耦合模擬及正交分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)穿孔等離子弧焊接工藝,建立了定點(diǎn)焊的二維軸對(duì)稱非穩(wěn)態(tài)數(shù)理模型,描述高溫流動(dòng)的電弧與工件熔池的耦合輸運(yùn)過程,通過數(shù)值模擬獲得了電場(chǎng)、磁場(chǎng)、流場(chǎng)與溫度場(chǎng)的演變規(guī)律.模擬焊縫熔合線與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)學(xué)模型的合理性.研究結(jié)果表明:W陰極尖端附近的電流密度與溫度是最高的;等離子弧在工件上部呈現(xiàn)出"鐘形",而在中心軸線處因進(jìn)入小孔呈細(xì)長(zhǎng)的"錐形";高速Ar氣等離子體沖擊到小孔壁面時(shí)速度急劇降低,小孔內(nèi)出現(xiàn)高壓區(qū)和Ar氣等離子體的返流現(xiàn)象;熔池內(nèi)流動(dòng)與傳熱的綜合作用使焊縫熔合線呈倒"喇叭形".進(jìn)一步對(duì)焊接的操作參數(shù)及焊槍結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了影響因素的正交試驗(yàn)?zāi)M.極差分析表明,焊槍的結(jié)構(gòu)因素比焊接操作參數(shù)更重要,即對(duì)電極間距、電極內(nèi)縮量、噴嘴孔徑需予以重點(diǎn)考慮,以獲得良好的焊縫形狀.
[Abstract]:A two-dimensional axisymmetric unsteady-state mathematical model of fixed-point welding is established to describe the coupling transport process between arc and molten pool in high temperature flow. The electric field and magnetic field are obtained by numerical simulation. The evolution of flow field and temperature field. The simulation welding seam fusion line is in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the rationality of the mathematical model. The results show that the current density and temperature near the tip of the W cathode are the highest. The plasma arc appears "bell shape" in the upper part of the workpiece, but at the center axis, it is "tapered" because of entering the orifice, and the velocity of high speed ar gas plasma crashing into the wall of the small hole decreases sharply. High pressure region and ar gas plasma reflux in the pore; The combined action of flow and heat transfer in the weld pool makes the weld fusion line appear as an inverted "horn". The orthogonal experimental simulation of the operating parameters and the structural parameters of the welding torch is carried out. The range analysis shows that, The structural factors of the welding torch are more important than the operating parameters of welding, that is, the distance between the electrodes, the amount of shrinkage in the electrode and the nozzle aperture need to be taken into account in order to obtain a good weld shape.
