沖頭表面毛化形貌參數(shù)對板料杯突值影響的試驗

【摘要】:對鋼球沖頭進行激光毛化處理,在表面得到不同幾何參數(shù)的球冠狀毛化形貌,將其在杯突試驗機上進行杯突試驗,考察沖頭表面不同毛化形貌參數(shù)對杯突值的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明:隨著鋼球表面毛化形貌參數(shù)和分布的改變,板材的杯突值隨之變化.經(jīng)激光毛化處理的鋼球沖頭,其板材的杯突值減小,最大減小幅度達7.99%;破裂圓的直徑增加,破裂關(guān)鍵點遠離球頂,向外移動最大距離為2.125 mm;未拉裂杯突試驗成形件在球頂和破裂圓之間的厚度大于未造型鋼球.球頂板料的厚度隨著杯突值的減小而增加,厚度最大增加幅度為8.26%,造型后半球形件最薄處厚度的增加幅度達到2.81%.
[Abstract]:The surface of steel ball punch was treated by laser and the shape of spherical coronal hair was obtained with different geometric parameters. The effect of different texturing parameters on the surface of punching head was investigated. The results showed that with the change of surface texturing parameters and distribution of steel ball, the cupping value of plate changed. The cupping value of the plate decreases and the maximum decrease reaches 7.99. The diameter of the rupture circle increases and the key point of rupture is far away from the top of the ball. The maximum distance of outward movement is 2.125 mm. The thickness of uncracked cup-break test forming parts is larger than that of unshaped steel balls between the top of the ball and the broken circle. The thickness of the spherical top plate increases with the decrease of the cupping value. The maximum increase in thickness is 8.26, and the thickness of the thinnest part of the hemispherical part reaches 2.81 after modeling.
