HR-2鋼表面陰極微弧電沉積氧化鋁陶瓷涂層的組織結(jié)構(gòu)及其性能研究

【摘要】:以0.8mol·L-1 Al(NO3)3·9H2O的乙醇溶液為電解液,用陰極微弧電沉積的方法在HR-2鋼表面制備出厚度約為69μm的氧化鋁陶瓷涂層,通過(guò)掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察了涂層的表面和截面形貌,通過(guò)X射線能量色散譜(EDS)及X射線衍射儀(XRD)分析了涂層的成分以及相組成,通過(guò)電化學(xué)綜合測(cè)試系統(tǒng)分析了涂層的電化學(xué)腐蝕性能,結(jié)果表明:涂層表面粗糙多孔,與基體呈犬牙咬合狀結(jié)合;涂層主要由α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3組成;涂層中含有少量的Fe元素,表明膜/基界面附近的基體在微弧放電的作用下也參與了成膜;沉積氧化鋁涂層后,樣品的腐蝕電流密度降低了1個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),耐腐蝕性能得到提高。
[Abstract]:Alumina ceramic coatings with thickness of about 69 渭 m were prepared on the surface of HR-2 steel by cathodic micro-arc electrodeposition with the ethanol solution of 0.8mol 路L -1 Al(NO3)3 路9H2O as electrolyte. The surface and cross-section morphology of the coating were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The composition and phase composition of the coating were analyzed by X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The electrochemical corrosion performance of the coating was analyzed by electrochemical comprehensive test system. The results showed that the coating surface was rough and porous. The coating consists mainly of 偽 -Al _ 2O _ 3 and 緯 -Al _ 2O _ 3. The coating contains a small amount of Fe, which indicates that the substrate near the film / substrate interface is also involved in the formation of film under the action of micro-arc discharge. The corrosion current density of the sample was reduced by one order of magnitude, and the corrosion resistance was improved.
