拉-拉循環(huán)載荷下443鐵素體不銹鋼產(chǎn)熱規(guī)律及疲勞性能預(yù)測

【摘要】:采用紅外熱像法研究了443鐵素體不銹鋼在疲勞試驗過程中表面溫度場的變化規(guī)律,提出了采用ΔT-Nf曲線預(yù)測疲勞壽命的方法。結(jié)果表明:溫升極限值ΔT=3.18℃,即當(dāng)ΔT3.18℃時,試樣發(fā)生疲勞斷裂,與實測溫升值3.49℃相比,誤差為8.89%。利用ΔT-Nf曲線預(yù)測443鐵素體不銹鋼在5×106循環(huán)次數(shù)下的疲勞強度為277.97MPa,與傳統(tǒng)方法測得結(jié)果284.45MPa相對誤差為2.28%。
