【摘要】:本文在綜述國內(nèi)外9%Ni鋼用ENiCrMo-4焊條研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)美國AWS A5.11標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、ASTM G28標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 13814及中國石化集團(tuán)洛陽石油化工工程公司16萬立方米儲罐項目低溫性能要求的規(guī)定,聯(lián)合上海大西洋焊材有限公司設(shè)計并制備了用于天燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)9%Ni鋼用的三種國產(chǎn)ENiCrMo-4焊條,分析測試了三種焊條熔敷金屬的成分和力學(xué)性能。采用上述三種焊條手工電弧焊焊接9%Ni鋼,并和國外同類型的ENiCrMo-4焊條焊接的接頭進(jìn)行對比分析,確定了綜合性能最佳的焊條配方;采用最佳的焊條焊接9%Ni鋼,研究焊接電流對焊接接頭的成分、組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。熔敷金屬試驗結(jié)果表明:研發(fā)的三種焊條均符合AWS A5.11、GB/T 13814標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。但ENiCrMo-4焊條C綜合性能最優(yōu)。ENiCrMo-4焊條C的熔敷金屬中C、Si含量分別為0.019%和0.166%,P、S等雜質(zhì)元素含量最低,抗拉強(qiáng)度Rm為758Mpa,屈服強(qiáng)度Rp0.2為497Mpa,斷后伸長率A為35.1%,硬度為262.85。國內(nèi)外ENiCrMo-4焊條焊接9%Ni鋼對比試驗表明:ENiCrMo-4焊條C焊接的接頭具有最佳的綜合性能,其接頭在焊縫中心、熔合線和熔合線+2mm處的-196℃低溫沖擊值分別為90J、93.3J、119J,均滿足中石化儲罐項目中的要求;通過ASTM G28腐蝕試驗表明,ENiCrMo-4焊條C的耐腐蝕性亦優(yōu)于國外焊條。焊接電流對ENiCrMo-4焊條C焊接9%Ni鋼接頭的性能有明顯的影響。焊接電流為130A時,焊接接頭的力學(xué)性能、抗裂性能和耐腐蝕性能等均為最佳,其接頭的抗拉強(qiáng)度Rm為741Mpa,屈服強(qiáng)度Rp0.2為458Mpa,屈強(qiáng)比為0.62,斷后伸長率A為41%;接頭在焊縫中心、熔合線處、熔合線+2mm處的低溫沖擊功分別為89.3J、92J,94.7。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing the research status of ENiCrMo-4 electrode for 9Ni steel at home and abroad, according to AWS A5.11 standard and ASTM G28 standard, The national standard GB/T 13814 and the requirements for the low temperature performance of the 160,000 cubic meter storage tank project of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company of Sinopec, Three kinds of domestic ENiCrMo-4 welding rods used in natural gas industry 9and Ni steel have been designed and prepared by United Shanghai Atlantic Welding material Co., Ltd. The composition and mechanical properties of three kinds of electrode deposited metals were analyzed and tested. The welding joints of 9Ni steel were welded by manual arc welding of the above three kinds of electrodes and compared with the joints welded by the same type of ENiCrMo-4 electrode abroad. The optimum composition of welding current for welding joint was studied by welding 9Ni steel with the best electrode. The effect of microstructure and mechanical properties. The results of the deposited metal test show that the three kinds of electrode developed meet the requirements of AWS A5.11GBT / 13814 standard, but the optimum comprehensive properties of ENiCrMo-4 electrode C are 0.019% and 0.019% in the deposited metal of ENiCrMo-4 electrode C, respectively.
