添加鈹對(duì)A380鋁合金顯微組織、硬度和拉伸性能的影響(英文)

【摘要】:研究鈹對(duì)A380鋁合金顯微組織、硬度和拉伸性能的影響。采用傳統(tǒng)的鐵模鑄造制備含鈹和不含鈹?shù)腁380合金。采用掃描電鏡和光學(xué)顯微鏡研究合金的顯微組織,采用拉伸試驗(yàn)和硬度測(cè)試研究合金的力學(xué)性能。研究樣品的斷口形貌,揭示添加鈹對(duì)斷裂機(jī)制的影響。結(jié)果表明,板狀β中間相轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄鄬?duì)無害的漢字狀Be-Fe相,共晶Si相由片狀相變?yōu)榧?xì)小相。拉伸強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率分別從207 MPa和3.7%增加至295 MPa和4.7%。此外,隨著鈹含量的增加,A380合金的硬度減小。不含鈹?shù)腁380合金拉伸樣品表現(xiàn)為脆性斷裂,而含鈹合金具有細(xì)小韌窩和少量脆性斷面。此外,由于添加鈹細(xì)化了析出相,合金的硬度降低。
[Abstract]:The effect of beryllium on the microstructure, hardness and tensile properties of A380 aluminum alloy was studied. The alloy containing and without beryllium was prepared by traditional iron mold casting. The microstructure of the alloy was studied by scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. Tensile test and hardness test were used to study the mechanical properties of the alloy. The fracture morphology of the sample was studied to reveal the effect of adding beryllium on the fracture mechanism. The results showed that the plate 尾 mesophase was transformed into a relatively harmless Chinese character like Be-Fe phase. The tensile strength and elongation of eutectic Si phase changed from flake phase to fine phase. The tensile strength and elongation increased from 207 MPa and 3.7% to 295 MPa and 4.7 respectively. In addition, with the increase of beryllium content, the hardness of A380 alloy decreased, and the tensile sample without beryllium exhibited brittle fracture. The alloy with beryllium has fine dimples and a few brittle sections. In addition, the hardness of the alloy decreases due to the addition of beryllium to refine the precipitated phase.
