【摘要】：針對加工變速箱二軸螺紋的滾絲輪異常崩刃問題,從影響崩刃的機床、工件、刀具三方面進行分析,通過精度檢測、工藝試驗、尺寸鏈計算、以及對比分析同類型零件的毛坯材質(zhì)等手段,同時優(yōu)化刀具工藝和材質(zhì),成功解決了崩刃問題。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of abnormal breaking edge of the rolling wheel of the two-axis thread of the gearbox, the paper analyzes the machine tool, workpiece and tool which affect the breaking edge, through the precision detection, the process test, the dimension chain calculation, By comparing and analyzing the blank material of the same type parts and optimizing the cutting tool technology and material, the problem of cutting edge collapse is solved successfully.
