時(shí)效處理對(duì)激光熔覆Ni60-hBN自潤(rùn)滑耐磨復(fù)合涂層的影響

【摘要】:以Ni60-10%hBN(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)/%)復(fù)合粉末為原料,采用激光熔覆技術(shù)在TC4合金表面成功制備出了γ-Ni/TiC/TiB2+CrB-Ni3B/hBN高溫自潤(rùn)滑耐磨復(fù)合涂層。在600℃下分別將該復(fù)合涂層保溫10、30、50h,研究不同時(shí)長(zhǎng)的高溫時(shí)效處理后該復(fù)合涂層的物相、組織形貌、顯微硬度和摩擦學(xué)性能的變化及其機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,高溫時(shí)效處理前后復(fù)合涂層的物相組成基本不變,高溫時(shí)效處理50h后的涂層平均顯微硬度由時(shí)效處理前的1162HV0.2降為910HV0.2;涂層的摩擦系數(shù)及磨損率由時(shí)效處理前的0.225和4.85×10-6 mm3/Nm分別升高到0.375和5.35×10-6 mm3/Nm,但相較于基體仍然具有良好的耐磨減摩性能,在600℃下長(zhǎng)時(shí)間時(shí)效處理后,該復(fù)合涂層的物相、組織和摩擦學(xué)性能都表現(xiàn)出良好的高溫穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Using Ni60-10hBN composite powder as raw material, 緯 -Ni / TiC / TiB2 CrB-Ni3B/hBN high temperature self-lubricating and wear resistant composite coatings were successfully prepared on the surface of TC4 alloy by laser cladding technique.
