熱沖壓快速冷卻工藝對22MnB5鋼組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:基于RCP(Rapid Cooling Process)快速冷卻工藝+不同模具淬火熱處理工藝,對22Mn B5鋼板材的淬火力學(xué)性能及微觀組織進(jìn)行了研究,探討了冷速、強度硬度之間的關(guān)系,建立了三者之間的硬度指數(shù)模型。結(jié)果表明,采用加入淬火前快速冷卻及改變不同模具淬火溫度可以有效實現(xiàn)梯度冷卻速率控制,冷卻速率實現(xiàn)了從6~40℃/s的變化,微觀組織從鐵素體與珠光體、上、下貝氏體逐漸向"殘留奧氏體+馬氏體"組織過渡,對應(yīng)的強度區(qū)間范圍為700~1600 MPa。建立的冷速、強度硬度模型與試驗數(shù)據(jù)擬合良好。
[Abstract]:Based on the rapid cooling process of RCP(Rapid Cooling process, the quenching mechanical properties and microstructure of 22MnB5 steel sheet were studied in different die quenching and heat treatment processes, and the relationship between cooling rate and strength and hardness was discussed. The hardness index model between them is established. The results show that the gradient cooling rate can be controlled effectively by using rapid cooling before quenching and changing the quenching temperature of different die, and the cooling rate can be changed from 60 鈩,
