鎳基合金617B的微觀組織與力學(xué)性能(英文)

【摘要】:采用SEM、TEM和力學(xué)性能測試研究鎳基合金617B在750°C下時效5000h過程中的微觀組織穩(wěn)定性和力學(xué)性能。在時效過程中,合金617B析出M23C6碳化物和γ′相,前者分布于晶界和晶內(nèi),后者分布于晶內(nèi)。隨著時效時間的延長,析出物顆粒尺寸逐漸增大。碳化物和γ′相顆粒起到析出強(qiáng)化作用,并提高時效態(tài)合金的硬度和強(qiáng)度。在時效過程中,時效態(tài)合金的強(qiáng)度和硬度具有良好的穩(wěn)定性。合金617B時效后的韌性降低是由于γ′相抑制晶界附近的彈性變形,導(dǎo)致晶界裂紋形成;此外,晶界碳化物析出導(dǎo)致其與基體相的界面強(qiáng)度降低,晶界處易產(chǎn)生裂紋。這使得時效態(tài)合金的沖擊韌性降低。但在時效過程中,時效態(tài)合金的韌性具有較好的穩(wěn)定性是由于時效5000 h過程中析出相的分布未發(fā)生明顯變化。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ni-based alloy 617B during aging at 750 擄C for 5000h were studied by means of SEM TEM and mechanical properties. Alloy 617B precipitates M23C6 carbide and 緯 'phase, the former distributes in grain boundary and crystal, and the latter distributes in crystal. The particle size of precipitates increases gradually. The carbide and 緯 'phase particles play a role in strengthening precipitation and increasing the hardness and strength of aging alloys. The strength and hardness of the aged alloy have good stability. The decrease of toughness of alloy 617B after aging is due to 緯 'phase restraining elastic deformation near grain boundary and resulting in grain boundary crack formation. In addition, the precipitation of grain boundary carbides leads to the decrease of the interfacial strength between the alloy and the matrix phase, and the formation of cracks at the grain boundary, which reduces the impact toughness of the aging alloy, but during the aging process. The ductile stability of the aging alloy is due to the fact that the distribution of precipitated phase does not change obviously during 5000h aging.
