【摘要】:基于立式薄帶雙輥鑄軋工藝的特點,采用有限元法求解鎂合金薄帶雙輥鑄軋過程的三維宏觀傳輸方程,并應(yīng)用ANSYS軟件的智能網(wǎng)格劃分技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了對鑄軋過程中熔池內(nèi)部溫度場、速度場及凝固過程的耦合模擬.分析了鑄軋速度及澆注溫度等主要工藝參數(shù)對熔池內(nèi)流場、溫度場和凝固終了點的影響規(guī)律.研究結(jié)果表明,隨著澆注溫度和鑄軋速度的增加,熔池出口處的溫度升高,凝固終了點向熔池出口處移動.通過對模擬結(jié)果的討論,給出了適合鎂合金薄帶鑄軋過程的工藝參數(shù):澆注溫度為640~660℃,鑄軋速度為20~30 m/min.
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of vertical thin strip twin-roll casting rolling process, finite element method was used to solve the three-dimensional macroscopic transmission equation of magnesium alloy strip twin-roll casting rolling process, and the intelligent meshing technology of ANSYS software was applied. The coupling simulation of temperature field, velocity field and solidification process in molten pool during casting and rolling process is realized, and the main technological parameters such as casting and rolling speed and pouring temperature are analyzed to the flow field in molten pool. The results show that with the increase of pouring temperature and casting speed, the temperature at the exit of molten pool increases. The final solidification point moves to the exit of the molten pool. Through the discussion of the simulation results, the technological parameters suitable for the casting and rolling process of magnesium alloy strip are given: the pouring temperature is 640 ~ 660 鈩,
