【摘要】:建立了一種快速測定硅鈣鋇鎂合金中鈣、鋇和鎂含量的分析方法。以鹽酸、硝酸和氫氟酸分解試樣,高氯酸冒煙除去殘余的鹽酸、硝酸和氫氟酸,經(jīng)過氨水沉淀分離鐵、鋁等干擾元素后,在pH 10的NH3·H2O-NH4Cl緩沖體系中,以鄰甲酚酞指示滴定終點,EDTA絡(luò)合滴定法測定鈣鎂合量;在pH≥12的氫氧化鉀緩沖體系中,分別以鈣指示劑和鈣黃綠素-茜素混合指示劑指示滴定終點,EDTA滴定法分別測定鈣及鈣鋇合量。根據(jù)鈣鋇合量與鈣含量的差值和鈣鎂合量與鈣含量的差值,可分別得到鋇和鎂含量。經(jīng)氨水沉淀后試液中殘余的鐵、鋁和其他干擾離子用三乙醇胺掩蔽,鋇對滴定鈣和鈣鎂合量以及鎂對滴定鈣和鈣鋇合量的干擾分別通過生成硫酸鋇和氫氧化鎂沉淀的方法消除。建立的方法用于實際硅鈣鋇鎂合金中鈣、鋇和鎂測定,測定值與對照方法測定值相符,鈣、鋇和鎂的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差分別為0.38%、1.9%和1.9%。
[Abstract]:A rapid method for the determination of calcium, barium and magnesium in silicocalcium-barium magnesium alloy was established. The samples were decomposed with hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and the residual hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid were removed by perchloric acid. After precipitation and separation of iron and aluminum with ammonia solution, o-cresol phthalein was used to indicate the end point of titration in NH3 路H _ 2O -NH _ 4cl buffer system with pH 10.
