熱暴露對(duì)柴油機(jī)缸蓋用高強(qiáng)度灰鑄鐵組織性能的影響

【摘要】:為了滿足高功率密度柴油機(jī)機(jī)體和汽缸蓋的材料高溫穩(wěn)定性的要求,通過金相顯微分析,結(jié)合力學(xué)性能測(cè)定,研究了在熱暴露溫度不變的情況下,不同熱暴露時(shí)間對(duì)柴油機(jī)缸蓋用高強(qiáng)度灰鑄鐵力學(xué)性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:高強(qiáng)度灰鑄鐵在500℃不同熱暴露時(shí)間后的室溫抗拉強(qiáng)度隨著保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)逐漸降低,σ_b(0 h)=340 MPa,σ_b(700 h)=280 MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率隨著保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)呈先升后降趨勢(shì);隨著熱暴露時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),基體組織中珠光體量逐漸降低,鐵素體量逐漸增多,珠光體量由0 h時(shí)的90%降到1 000 h時(shí)的40%左右。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of high temperature stability of high power density diesel engine block and cylinder head, the thermal exposure temperature was studied under the condition of constant thermal exposure temperature by metallographic microanalysis and mechanical property measurement. The effect of different heat exposure time on the mechanical properties of high strength gray cast iron used in cylinder head of diesel engine was studied. The tensile strength of high strength gray cast iron at room temperature decreased with the prolongation of holding time after different exposure time at 500 鈩,
