【摘要】:熱處理是現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)特別是裝備制造業(yè)的重要組成部分之一,是保證金屬制品內(nèi)在力學(xué)、物理、化學(xué)等使用性能和形狀尺寸穩(wěn)定的關(guān)鍵工序。滲碳是熱處理中非常重要的工藝,根據(jù)工件性能的不同要求,滲碳后工件表面含碳量為0.8%-1.2%,工件內(nèi)部碳勢呈梯度分布,使表面擁有較高硬度、耐磨性和抗疲勞性,同時(shí)心部仍保持較高韌性。滲碳是一個(gè)發(fā)生多個(gè)物理化學(xué)反應(yīng)的復(fù)雜過程,碳勢控制的精度將直接影響熱處理質(zhì)量。本文總結(jié)了目前我國熱處理碳勢控制的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)了基于嵌入式的表面熱處理智能控制系統(tǒng),綜合應(yīng)用了熱處理技術(shù)、嵌入式技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)和模糊PID控制算法等知識,主要從應(yīng)用嵌入式技術(shù)進(jìn)行溫度和氣氛參數(shù)的采集、滲碳層濃度分布的實(shí)時(shí)仿真、模糊PID控制算法、無線網(wǎng)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控等幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題展開研究,響應(yīng)工信部提出的兩化融合的號召,對舊式碳勢控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行信息化改造,本文的主要研究內(nèi)容有:1、綜合了市場上微機(jī)碳勢控制系統(tǒng)和單片機(jī)碳勢控制儀的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提出新的設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)嵌入式系統(tǒng)平臺,保證性能的前提下降低成本,以ARM11處理器為控制核心,搭載嵌入式Linux多任務(wù)操作系統(tǒng),集成高精度AD、觸摸屏、PWM、WIFI網(wǎng)卡等功能接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)氧勢、溫度的實(shí)時(shí)采集處理。2、建立碳勢控制數(shù)學(xué)模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)工件滲層碳勢分布的模擬仿真,采用Qt設(shè)計(jì)人機(jī)界面,實(shí)時(shí)顯示碳勢變化曲線和滲層碳勢分布模擬曲線。3、研究采用模糊PID算法替代舊式滲碳控制系統(tǒng)采用的增量式PID算法,通過PID參數(shù)的在線調(diào)節(jié),使碳勢的控制具有更小的超調(diào)量,更優(yōu)的穩(wěn)定性和控制精度。實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜的滲碳過程的智能控制,碳勢控制精度小于等于+0.05%C,溫度控制精度達(dá)±2℃。4、系統(tǒng)通過無線WIFI模塊構(gòu)建遠(yuǎn)程無線碳勢監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),開發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信程序,設(shè)計(jì)通信接口和數(shù)據(jù)幀格式,實(shí)現(xiàn)熱處理生產(chǎn)的信息化管理,包括遠(yuǎn)程設(shè)置工藝、監(jiān)控碳勢溫度、數(shù)據(jù)共享分析。上位機(jī)軟件可在任何支持Socket通信的平臺上獨(dú)立開發(fā),為上位機(jī)軟件開發(fā)提供更多的選擇。
[Abstract]:Heat treatment is one of the most important parts of modern manufacturing industry, especially the equipment manufacturing industry, which guarantees the intrinsic mechanics and physics of metal products. Carburizing is a very important process in heat treatment. According to the different requirements of workpiece properties, the surface carbon content of the workpiece after carburization is 0.8-1.2%. The distribution of carbon potential in the workpiece is gradient, which makes the surface have higher hardness, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, while the core remains high toughness. Carburizing is a complex process of many physicochemical reactions. The precision of carbon potential control will directly affect the quality of heat treatment. This paper summarizes the current development of carbon potential control of heat treatment in China and designs an intelligent control system based on embedded surface heat treatment. Comprehensive application of heat treatment technology, embedded technology, sensor technology, network communication technology and fuzzy PID control algorithm, mainly from the use of embedded technology to collect temperature and atmosphere parameters. Some key issues, such as real-time simulation of Carburizing layer concentration distribution, fuzzy PID control algorithm, remote monitoring of wireless network and so on, are studied in response to the call from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In this paper, the main research contents of the old carbon potential control system are as follows: 1. The advantages of the microcomputer carbon potential control system and the single-chip microcomputer carbon potential control instrument are integrated, and a new design scheme is put forward. Design the embedded system platform, ensure the performance of the premise of reducing the cost, ARM11 processor as the control core, embedded Linux multi-task operating system, integration of high-precision ADand touch screen. PWM WIFI network card and other functional interfaces to realize oxygen potential, temperature real-time acquisition and processing. 2, establish a mathematical model of carbon potential control, and realize the simulation of carbon potential distribution in the layer of workpiece. The man-machine interface is designed with QT to display the curve of carbon potential change and the simulated curve of carbon potential distribution of carburized layer in real time. Fuzzy PID algorithm is used to replace the incremental PID algorithm used in the old Carburizing control system. Through the on-line adjustment of PID parameters, the control of carbon potential has smaller overshoot, better stability and better control precision, and the intelligent control of complex Carburizing process is realized.
