【摘要】：針對焊接模擬器中焊槍的定位,設(shè)計了一種新型的焊槍定位系統(tǒng).該定位系統(tǒng)在焊件上布置有感應線圈膜,基于電磁感應得以確定焊槍在工作平面上的投影坐標x和y值,應用光纖傳感器測量焊槍與焊件的距離,并通過空間幾何轉(zhuǎn)換從而間接確定焊槍的z坐標,應用焊槍內(nèi)置的三軸陀螺儀和三軸加速度傳感器模塊獲得焊槍的姿態(tài),最后根據(jù)空間位置關(guān)系推導出了熔池的位置和操作者的動作,從而完成了焊槍定位系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計.結(jié)果表明,該設(shè)計能夠較好地滿足了虛擬焊接模擬器焊槍定位精度和實時性的要求.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the positioning of welding torch in welding simulator, a new welding torch positioning system is designed, which has inductive coil film on the welding piece. Based on the electromagnetic induction, the projection coordinates x and y of the welding torch in the working plane can be determined. The distance between the welding torch and the welding piece is measured by using the optical fiber sensor, and the z coordinate of the welding torch is indirectly determined by the spatial geometric transformation. The attitude of the welding torch is obtained by using the three-axis gyroscope and the three-axis acceleration sensor module. Finally, the position of the weld pool and the action of the operator are deduced according to the spatial position relationship. The design of welding torch positioning system is completed, and the results show that the design can meet the requirements of precision and real-time of welding torch positioning in virtual welding simulator.
