【摘要】:依據(jù)高熔點、密度相近和晶格匹配等原則,利用自編高溫合金細化劑選取系統(tǒng),分別甄選出YNi_2Si_2和CeCo_4B兩種三元稀土金屬間化合物。采用氬弧熔敷的方法,兩種稀土金屬間化合物分別作為敷材,K4169高溫合金作為基材,形成公共熔池并凝固,組織觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)含Ce和含Y稀土金屬間化合物均對基材γ相枝晶生長具有一定的抑制作用;直接澆注試棒鑄件實驗表明:采用混合稀土細化劑,1470℃澆注,K4169高溫合金試樣平均晶粒組織由未添加細化劑的3.57 mm降為添加細化劑的0.92 mm。
[Abstract]:According to the principles of high melting point, close density and lattice matching, the system of selecting superalloy refiner is used. Two ternary rare earth intermetallic compounds, YNi_2Si_2 and CeCo_4B, were selected respectively, and the two rare earth intermetallic compounds were used as materials by argon arc deposition. K4169 superalloy was used as substrate to form common melting pool and solidify. It was found that the intermetallic compounds containing ce and Y could inhibit the growth of 緯 phase dendrite. The direct casting experiment shows that the mixed rare earth refiner is used at 1470 鈩,
