【摘要】：鋼管的產(chǎn)量的每年都在增加,市場(chǎng)上對(duì)鋼管加工精度的需求不斷提高,市場(chǎng)需要的鋼管外徑、壁厚的規(guī)格不斷增大,這就要求對(duì)鋼管進(jìn)行倒棱、平端面的鋼管倒棱機(jī)要能跟上目前的市場(chǎng)需求。而國(guó)內(nèi)的鋼管倒棱機(jī)對(duì)鋼管規(guī)格的加工范圍比較小,加工精度不高,隨著時(shí)間的推移,這種矛盾逐年增加。在這種生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展趕不上生產(chǎn)需求的情況下,本文所研究的新型鋼管銑頭倒棱機(jī)具有重大的意義。本文在一下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)新型全自動(dòng)鋼管銑頭倒棱機(jī)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì):1.在機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)方面,新型全自動(dòng)鋼管銑頭倒棱機(jī)是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的平頭倒棱機(jī)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),加入了自轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng),銑刀和倒棱刀在隨大盤轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的過程中,可進(jìn)行自轉(zhuǎn)。與傳統(tǒng)平頭倒棱機(jī)相比,鋼管由車削加工變?yōu)殂娤骷庸?提高了鋼管加工表面質(zhì)量;設(shè)備加工范圍得到了擴(kuò)大;減小了切削力和切削功率。2.對(duì)新型鋼管銑頭倒棱機(jī)的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,包括加工鋼管規(guī)格范圍的計(jì)算、銑刀的選擇、銑端面和倒棱加工參數(shù)的計(jì)算、銑刀主軸動(dòng)力齒輪傳遞的計(jì)算、銑刀軸向進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)的計(jì)算、銑刀徑向進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)和大盤以及銑刀電機(jī)的選擇。3.使用Solidworks對(duì)新型鋼管銑頭倒棱機(jī)各部分機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了建模,選用有限元軟件Ansys對(duì)其進(jìn)行了靜力分析和模態(tài)分析,其中重點(diǎn)對(duì)銑刀主軸部分進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力的計(jì)算和模態(tài)分析。4.對(duì)新型鋼管銑頭倒棱機(jī)的控制部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)采用閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),分析了在整個(gè)加工過程中的干擾源。5.對(duì)本文所研究的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié),得出本文設(shè)計(jì)的新型鋼管銑頭倒棱機(jī)符合現(xiàn)有的加工條件,指出本文的不足之處,并展望以后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The output of steel pipe is increasing every year, the demand for steel pipe processing precision is increasing, the outer diameter of steel pipe and the specification of wall thickness are increasing, which requires the chamfering of steel pipe. The steel pipe chamfering machine with flat face can keep up with the current market demand. However, the domestic steel pipe chamfering machine has a relatively small processing range to the steel pipe specification, and the machining accuracy is not high, with the passage of time. This kind of contradiction increases year by year. When the development of this kind of production technology can not keep up with the production demand. The new type of steel pipe milling head chamfering machine studied in this paper is of great significance. In this paper, a new type of automatic steel pipe milling head chamfering machine is designed in detail in the following several aspects. The new type of automatic steel pipe milling chamfering machine is an improvement on the mechanical structure of the traditional flat-head chamfering machine, with the addition of the rotation system, the milling cutter and the chamfering cutter in the process of turning with the large plate. Compared with the traditional flat-head chamfering machine, the steel pipe is turned from turning to milling, which improves the surface quality of steel pipe. The processing range of the equipment has been expanded; The cutting force and cutting power are reduced. 2. The parameters of the power system of the new steel pipe milling head chamfering machine are calculated, including the calculation of the steel pipe specification range and the selection of the milling cutter. The calculation of milling end face and chamfering parameters, the calculation of the dynamic gear transfer of the milling cutter spindle, the calculation of the axial feed mechanism of the milling cutter. The selection of milling cutter radial feed mechanism, large disk and milling cutter motor. 3. Using Solidworks to model each part of the new steel pipe milling head chamfering machine. The static analysis and modal analysis of the finite element software Ansys are carried out. The stress calculation and modal analysis of the main shaft part of the milling cutter are emphasized. 4. The control part of the new steel pipe milling head chamfering machine is designed, and the closed-loop control system is used in the feed system. The interference source in the whole process is analyzed. 5. The contents of this paper are summarized, and the new type of steel pipe milling chamfering machine designed in this paper accords with the existing processing conditions, and points out the shortcomings of this paper. The future research direction is prospected.
