【摘要】：數(shù)控機床被譽為工業(yè)母機,數(shù)控機床行業(yè)被稱為“裝備制造業(yè)中的裝備制造業(yè)”。從機床工業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢分析,重型數(shù)控機床總體上向高速、精密、復合、環(huán)保、智能化、超大型化方向發(fā)展。本文從武漢重型機床集團有限公司產(chǎn)品CK5125B數(shù)控立式車床主傳動電機轉(zhuǎn)速控制的設計入手,完成了下列工作:(1)分析直流電機調(diào)速的方法,根據(jù)數(shù)控立式車床主電機的要求,選擇啟動力矩大、轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定的靜態(tài)性能較好的雙閉環(huán)直流控制方式對主電機進行控制。(2)介紹了數(shù)控立式車床CK5125B的基本情況,包括機床的結(jié)構(gòu)特點、電氣控制以及機床可以達到的精度。分析數(shù)控立式車床對主電機的要求,選擇西門子6RA70作為主電機調(diào)速裝置,完成機床電氣設計及調(diào)試工作。(3)通過主電機轉(zhuǎn)速試驗,驗證雙閉環(huán)直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)可以滿足數(shù)控立式車床主電機的控制需求,通過PI調(diào)節(jié)法,使電機的調(diào)速控制最優(yōu)化。SIEMENS 6RA70在武重數(shù)控立式車床主傳動驅(qū)動上良好的應用,可以適應不同客戶的加工需求,為后續(xù)在其它類型機床上應用提供了理論基礎和成功的工程實例。
[Abstract]:NC machine tool known as the industrial machine tools, CNC machine tool industry is called "the equipment manufacturing industry in the equipment manufacturing industry. From the analysis of the development trend of machine tool industry, heavy-duty CNC machine tools in general to high speed, precision, complex, intelligent, environmentally friendly, super large-scale development direction. This paper from the design of motor speed control products CK5125B vertical CNC lathe of Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Group Co. Ltd. the main drive to start, complete the following tasks: (1) analysis method of DC motor speed control, according to the vertical CNC lathe main motor selection requirements, large starting torque, static performance of double loop DC speed control mode of good stability to control the main motor (2.) this paper introduces the basic situation of CNC vertical lathe CK5125B, including the structure characteristics of the machine tool, electrical control and machine tool can achieve the precision analysis. The requirements of the electric machine CNC vertical lathe, selection of the West Siemens 6RA70 as the main motor speed control device, complete the design and debugging of electrical machine work. (3) the main motor speed test, verify the double loop DC speed control system can meet the control requirement of the main motor of CNC vertical lathe, adjustment method by PI, the application of speed control motor optimization.SIEMENS 6RA70 good in the main drive of Heavy CNC vertical lathe drive, can meet the processing needs of different customers, for the follow-up in other types of machine tool provides a theoretical foundation and successful engineering examples.
