【摘要】:論文以TH5656雙回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)五軸數(shù)控機(jī)床為研究對(duì)象,從機(jī)床的幾何誤差建模、幾何誤差測量與辨識(shí)和加工驗(yàn)證等方面進(jìn)行了研究。通過分析雙回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)五軸數(shù)控機(jī)床各個(gè)部件間的運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系,建立了機(jī)床的幾何誤差模型,提出誤差補(bǔ)償算法,編寫誤差補(bǔ)償程序?qū)?shù)控代碼進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)償,并以葉輪為例,進(jìn)行了機(jī)床誤差補(bǔ)償模型的加工驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn)。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)建立了雙回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)五軸數(shù)控機(jī)床誤差模型;诙囿w系統(tǒng)理論,對(duì)雙回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)五軸數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)行拓?fù)浞治?并用低序體陣列進(jìn)行描述,完整的表示出雙回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)五軸數(shù)控機(jī)床的理想和實(shí)際運(yùn)動(dòng)的坐標(biāo)變換,建立起雙回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)五軸數(shù)控機(jī)床的幾何誤差模型,模型對(duì)相同結(jié)構(gòu)類型的機(jī)床普遍適用。 (2)測量了平移軸和旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的幾何誤差。論文以TH5656雙轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)五軸數(shù)控機(jī)床為例,設(shè)計(jì)了機(jī)床平移軸和旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的幾何誤差測量方案,使用激光干涉儀和數(shù)字水平儀測量并辨識(shí)出三個(gè)平動(dòng)軸的21項(xiàng)幾何誤差,使用球桿儀測量并辨識(shí)出兩個(gè)回轉(zhuǎn)軸的12項(xiàng)幾何誤差。 (3)提出了誤差補(bǔ)償算法。在幾何誤差測量和辨識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了幾何誤差補(bǔ)償模型,提出誤差補(bǔ)償算法,并編寫誤差補(bǔ)償程序,利用編寫的程序?qū)?shù)控代碼進(jìn)行離線補(bǔ)償。 (4)進(jìn)行了機(jī)床誤差補(bǔ)償模型的實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。先使用球桿儀測量誤差補(bǔ)償前后的機(jī)床誤差數(shù)據(jù),通過對(duì)比分析補(bǔ)償前后的效果,驗(yàn)證了誤差補(bǔ)償模型的有效性;然后利用誤差補(bǔ)償前后的數(shù)控代碼加工葉輪,測量補(bǔ)償前后各葉片的輪廓誤差,通過對(duì)比分析驗(yàn)證了論文所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, TH5656 double rotating table five-axis CNC machine tool is taken as the research object, and the geometric error modeling of the machine tool is carried out. The geometric error measurement, identification and machining verification are studied. The geometric error model of the machine tool is established by analyzing the kinematic relationship among the components of the five-axis NC machine tool with double rotary table, and an error compensation algorithm is proposed. The error compensation program is written to compensate the NC code, and the machining verification experiment of the error compensation model of the machine tool is carried out with the impeller as an example. The main research contents are as follows: Based on the theory of multi-body system, the topological analysis of five-axis NC machine tool with double rotary table is carried out and described by low-sequence array. The coordinate transformation of ideal and actual motion of five-axis NC machine tool with double rotary table is presented, and the geometric error model of five-axis CNC machine tool with double rotary table is established. The model is generally applicable to the machine tool of the same structure type. The geometric errors of the translation axis and the rotation axis are measured. Taking the five-axis CNC machine tool with TH5656 double turntable as an example, the measuring scheme of the geometric error between the translation axis and the rotation axis of the machine tool is designed. Using laser interferometer and digital level instrument to measure and identify 21 geometric errors of three translational shafts, 12 geometric errors of two rotating axes are measured and identified by using a ball rod instrument. On the basis of geometric error measurement and identification, a geometric error compensation model is established, an error compensation algorithm is proposed, and an error compensation program is written. The program is used to compensate the NC code offline. Firstly, the error data of the machine tool before and after the error compensation are measured by the ball meter, and the results before and after compensation are compared and analyzed. The validity of the error compensation model is verified. Then the contour error of each blade before and after compensation is measured by NC code before and after error compensation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparison and analysis.
