【摘要】:沖壓成形工藝所引起的沖壓效應(yīng)和幾何效應(yīng)對(duì)碰撞仿真精度有著重要的影響。為了提高碰撞仿真精度,論文分析了沖壓效應(yīng)和幾何效應(yīng)分別對(duì)碰撞結(jié)果的影響,并構(gòu)建一種考慮沖壓成形工藝的碰撞問題多目標(biāo)穩(wěn)健性優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法。論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:以帽型梁為研究對(duì)象,分析圓角大小和不同拉延系數(shù)下的回彈變形對(duì)碰撞的影響,結(jié)果表明,圓角大小和回彈變形都對(duì)碰撞吸能和峰值碰撞力有影響。將沖壓效應(yīng)引入到碰撞分析模型中,分析對(duì)比考慮沖壓效應(yīng)、只考慮等效塑性應(yīng)變、只考慮厚度信息和理想模型四種碰撞分析情況。結(jié)果表明,厚度減薄會(huì)導(dǎo)致峰值碰撞力和吸能減小,等效塑性應(yīng)變正好相反,考慮沖壓效應(yīng)可以提高碰撞仿真的精度。以零件的峰值碰撞力和吸能為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),采取正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,篩選出彈性模量、屈服極限和沖壓仿真速度三個(gè)對(duì)碰撞分析影響大的噪聲因素。優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)變量選取沖壓工藝參數(shù)和帽型梁截面尺寸參數(shù)。以帽型梁成形質(zhì)量和耐撞性能為目標(biāo),將田口設(shè)計(jì)方法、拉丁方試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法和Kriging模型相結(jié)合,構(gòu)造基于Dual-Kriging多目標(biāo)穩(wěn)健性優(yōu)化模型,采用多目標(biāo)遺傳算法對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解,并獲得非劣最優(yōu)解集。根據(jù)實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)要求選擇一組合適的設(shè)計(jì)變量作為最優(yōu)結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,帽型梁碰撞性能和沖壓成形質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)健性得到了的提高。本文在碰撞穩(wěn)健性優(yōu)化模型中考慮沖壓成形工藝因素的影響,有效的提高了碰撞仿真分析的精度,對(duì)碰撞穩(wěn)健性優(yōu)化具有較好的理論指導(dǎo)意義,為工程設(shè)計(jì)分析提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The stamping effect and geometric effect caused by stamping process have an important influence on the impact simulation accuracy. In order to improve the impact simulation accuracy, the impact of stamping effect and geometric effect on the impact results are analyzed in this paper. A multi-objective robust optimal design method considering stamping process is constructed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the cap beam is taken as the research object. The effect of springback deformation on collision under different drawing coefficients and angle size is analyzed, and the results show that. The impact energy absorption and peak impact force are affected by the angle size and springback deformation. The punching effect is introduced into the collision analysis model, and the punching effect is considered comparatively, and only the equivalent plastic strain is considered. Considering only the thickness information and the four kinds of impact analysis of ideal model, the results show that thickness thinning will lead to the decrease of peak collision force and energy absorption, and the equivalent plastic strain is just the opposite. Considering the stamping effect, the accuracy of impact simulation can be improved. Taking the peak impact force and energy absorption of the part as the evaluation index, the elastic modulus is screened by orthogonal test design method. The yield limit and stamping simulation speed have great influence on the impact analysis. The parameters of stamping process and section size of cap beam are selected as the optimum design variables. The forming quality and crashworthiness of cap beam are taken as the target. Taguchi design method, Latin square test design method and Kriging model are combined to construct a multi-objective robust optimization model based on Dual-Kriging. The multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize the model, and the set of non-inferior optimal solutions is obtained. According to the actual design requirements, a set of suitable design variables are selected as the optimal results. The impact performance of cap beam and the robustness of stamping quality have been improved. In this paper, the impact robustness optimization model takes into account the impact of stamping process factors, which effectively improves the accuracy of impact simulation analysis. It has good theoretical significance for collision robustness optimization and provides a certain reference for engineering design analysis.
