沉管隧道碎石墊層力學(xué)行為與變形特性試驗(yàn)研究(英文)

目的:目前國內(nèi)外尚無采用二片石+碎石作為沉管隧道先鋪法墊層的先例,且二片石+碎石組合墊層的力學(xué)變形特性尚不明確。本文旨在通過室內(nèi)物理力學(xué)模型試驗(yàn),定量分析二片石及碎石墊層鋪設(shè)厚度、級(jí)配、落管預(yù)壓荷載量等因素的影響,提出碎石墊層構(gòu)造方案以及相應(yīng)的變形模量和承載力等力學(xué)指標(biāo),以合理確定墊層厚度及可行的施工工藝、準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估地基剛度偏差、降低淤泥對(duì)碎石墊層承載性能的影響以及保證沉管結(jié)構(gòu)的受力安全。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):1.提出二片石+碎石組合墊層的力學(xué)變形特性;2.提出落管預(yù)壓荷載的作用以及對(duì)墊層性質(zhì)的影響。方法:1.分別開展二片石和碎石的室內(nèi)物理力學(xué)模型試驗(yàn),研究二片石與碎石接觸面的平整度、顆粒級(jí)配、落管預(yù)壓荷載以及墊層厚度對(duì)墊層的物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上開展二片石+碎石組合墊層的室內(nèi)模型試驗(yàn);2.提出碎石墊層構(gòu)造方案以及相應(yīng)的變形模量和承載力等力學(xué)指標(biāo),以提高沉管結(jié)構(gòu)的受力安全。結(jié)論:1.在設(shè)計(jì)荷載作用下,二片石墊層的荷載-位移曲線呈現(xiàn)越壓越密的非線性受力特點(diǎn),而碎石墊層和碎石+二片石墊層的荷載-位移曲線呈現(xiàn)兩階段線性變化;2.二片石墊層頂部的平整密實(shí)度對(duì)其沉降和壓縮模量有很大的影響,因此在施工時(shí)...
