自動(dòng)化碼頭運(yùn)輸設(shè)備充電策略優(yōu)化的仿真研究(英文)

隨著自動(dòng)化集裝箱碼頭成為當(dāng)今碼頭的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),AGV(automated guided vehicle)作為自動(dòng)化碼頭中使用最為廣泛的水平運(yùn)輸工具,合理制定其充電策略至關(guān)重要。針對(duì)當(dāng)前自動(dòng)化集裝箱碼頭中AGV充電策略的不足,提出一種以離線充電為主在線充電為輔的充電策略,并且針對(duì)在線充電站點(diǎn)位置選擇問題提出一種利用熱區(qū)圖選擇有效在線充電站點(diǎn)的快捷方法。在使用該種充電策略情況下,通過大量仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)得出在碼頭工作任務(wù)量不變的前提下可減少AGV數(shù)量配置的結(jié)果,說明自動(dòng)化集裝箱碼頭水平搬運(yùn)效率得到提高,證明該充電策略具有有效性。
