膨脹土脹縮機(jī)理及其在控制隧道沉降中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:因黃土的膨脹特性導(dǎo)致的隧道地表沉降和變形坍塌事故屢見(jiàn)不鮮。為探究淺埋段膨脹土隧道地表沉降和變形控制技術(shù),結(jié)合在建太興鐵路TXXS-2小河溝段膨脹土隧道施工,采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)、理論分析和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)膨脹土的特性、脹縮機(jī)理及其影響因素進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合監(jiān)控量測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果,提出地表沉降控制技術(shù)。通過(guò)對(duì)膨脹土微結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行研究,引用了膨脹土的判別函數(shù)式,對(duì)膨脹土的膨脹潛勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分類,根據(jù)膨脹潛勢(shì)情況指導(dǎo)施工;研究了膨脹土強(qiáng)度特性,建立了強(qiáng)度與含水量、干密度、飽和度的關(guān)系,并對(duì)有效蒙脫石含量對(duì)強(qiáng)度的影響進(jìn)行研究,理論上分析了晶體脹縮的根本機(jī)理;根據(jù)對(duì)膨脹土脹縮特性進(jìn)行研究,分析了隧道的膨脹潛勢(shì)等級(jí)和隧道特殊地質(zhì)特征,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)土工試驗(yàn),確定了小河溝隧道脹縮影響因素及其曲線關(guān)系;通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工進(jìn)行監(jiān)控量測(cè),結(jié)合關(guān)系曲線和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況,提出了控制地表沉降的處治措施,指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程施工。
[Abstract]:Tunnel surface subsidence and deformation and collapse accidents caused by loess expansion are not uncommon. In order to explore the surface settlement and deformation control technology of expansive soil tunnel in shallow buried section, combined with the construction of expansive soil tunnel in TXXS-2 Xiaohegou section of Taixing Railway under construction, the characteristics, expansion and shrinkage mechanism and influencing factors of expansive soil were studied by means of field monitoring, theoretical analysis and field test research. combined with the results of monitoring and measurement data, the control technology of surface subsidence was put forward. By studying the microstructure characteristics of expansive soil, the expansive potential of expansive soil is classified by using the discriminant function of expansive soil, and the construction is guided by the expansion potential. The relationship between strength and water content, dry density and saturation of expansive soil is established, and the influence of effective montmorillonite content on strength is studied, and the fundamental mechanism of crystal expansion and shrinkage is analyzed theoretically. Based on the study of expansive soil expansion and shrinkage characteristics, the expansion potential grade of tunnel and the special geological characteristics of tunnel are analyzed, and the influencing factors and curve relationship of Xiaohegou tunnel expansion and shrinkage are determined through field geotechnical test. Through the field construction monitoring and measurement, combined with the relationship curve and field situation, the treatment measures to control the surface settlement are put forward to guide the field engineering construction.
