車輛動載實測及動載對路面響應(yīng)影響的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的蓬勃興起,公路建設(shè)得到迅猛發(fā)展。然而,由于交通量的不斷增加,現(xiàn)有瀝青路面卻無法達(dá)到本來的設(shè)計使用年限,致使路面的實際使用壽命低于設(shè)計使用壽命,許多地區(qū)的道路在投入使用不久就發(fā)生了早期損壞,需要小修甚至大修,一方面嚴(yán)重影響了交通的正常運行,另一方面也在經(jīng)濟(jì)上造成極大的損失。 為探究這一現(xiàn)象的成因,研究人員利用AASHTO2002中軸載譜的方法對遼寧省部分地區(qū)的交通荷載數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示各處計重站點均存在嚴(yán)重的超重現(xiàn)象,絕大部分類型的載重貨車其超載比例超過50%。除此之外,有一定比例的車輛總重并沒有超載,然而其承重軸卻超出了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸重。 嚴(yán)重的超載造成瀝青路面使用壽命的減少,這對于瀝青路面設(shè)計方法的改進(jìn)提出了新的要求。傳統(tǒng)的路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計以靜荷載為基礎(chǔ),難以描述路面在車輛行駛過程中車輛動荷載對路面的實際力學(xué)響應(yīng)。 在我國,車輛對路面動荷載的研究有著一定的發(fā)展,然而這一方面的研究多通過數(shù)值計算或有限元模擬,缺乏動載試驗的實測數(shù)據(jù)支持。本文設(shè)計出一種新的動載試驗,通過試驗結(jié)果可以分析出道路狀況、車速以及載重對車輛實際動載的影響,并為進(jìn)一步的研究提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。 在車輛動載試驗的基礎(chǔ)上,研究人員利用3D-Move Analysis軟件建立三維路面模型,在模擬出來的路面結(jié)構(gòu)上施加動態(tài)荷載,以此分析車輛在不同道路狀況、不同行駛速度下對路面結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)響應(yīng),探究動荷載條件下瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)的實際行為特性。

[Abstract]:With the vigorous rise of economic construction in our country, highway construction has been developed rapidly. However, due to the continuous increase of traffic volume, the existing asphalt pavement can not reach the original design service life, resulting in the actual service life of the pavement is lower than the designed service life. The roads in many areas have been damaged in the early stage and need minor repair or even overhaul. On the one hand, it has seriously affected the normal operation of traffic, on the other hand, it has also caused great losses in the economy. In order to explore the cause of this phenomenon, the researchers investigated the traffic load data in some areas of Liaoning Province by using the method of AASHTO2002 axle load spectrum. The results show that there is a serious overweight phenomenon in various weighing stations, and the overload proportion of most types of load trucks is more than 50%. In addition, a certain proportion of the total vehicle weight is not overloaded, but its load-bearing shaft exceeds the standard axle load. Serious overload results in the reduction of service life of asphalt pavement, which puts forward new requirements for the improvement of asphalt pavement design method. The traditional pavement structure design is based on static load, so it is difficult to describe the actual mechanical response of vehicle dynamic load to pavement during vehicle driving. In our country, the research on dynamic load of pavement has been developed to a certain extent. However, most of the research in this field is supported by numerical calculation or finite element simulation, which is lack of measured data of dynamic load test. In this paper, a new dynamic load test is designed, through which the effects of road condition, speed and load on the actual dynamic load of the vehicle can be analyzed, and the data support can be provided for further research. On the basis of vehicle dynamic load test, the researchers use 3D-Move Analysis software to establish a three-dimensional pavement model and apply dynamic load to the simulated pavement structure, so as to analyze the mechanical response of vehicles to pavement structure under different road conditions and different driving speeds, and to explore the actual behavior characteristics of asphalt pavement structure under dynamic load.
