多跨連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工穩(wěn)定性分析及合龍方案研究

【摘要】:連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋以其行車平順、伸縮縫少、受力合理、施工方便,同時(shí)具有良好的地形適應(yīng)性與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)性而得到迅速發(fā)展,是我國廣泛建設(shè)的橋型之一。隨著該橋型橋墩高度、跨徑、連續(xù)長度的不斷增大,高墩也朝著薄壁輕型化的方向發(fā)展。由于墩高壁薄,高墩在施工過程中的穩(wěn)定性問題日益突出。為保證施工階段結(jié)構(gòu)的安全,防止結(jié)構(gòu)失穩(wěn),針對施工階段對高墩進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性分析是很有必要的。同時(shí)多跨連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋在合龍過程中,涉及到多次體系轉(zhuǎn)換,而不同的體系轉(zhuǎn)換方式對結(jié)構(gòu)的受力、線形產(chǎn)生不同的影響。 本文以城川河大橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘埃捎肕idas/Civil有限元軟件進(jìn)行建模分析,主要研究內(nèi)容與成果有: (1)分析了在不同荷載組合下該橋5號墩的自體穩(wěn)定性、最大懸臂施工階段穩(wěn)定性及成橋后穩(wěn)定性大小。結(jié)果表明在施工階段與成橋穩(wěn)定性均滿足要求。 (2)針對該多跨連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋分別提出三種不同的合龍順序,探討了不同合龍順序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)的線形、應(yīng)力、內(nèi)力的影響,通過對比分析確定了先中跨、后邊跨、再次邊跨的合龍順序。 (3)在此基礎(chǔ)上,,分別考慮了合龍溫差、收縮徐變對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)變形的影響。為減少其對結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的不利影響,可在連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋跨中合龍段梁體施加水平頂推力,使橋墩產(chǎn)生一定的預(yù)偏位移。本文分別提出三種施加頂推力的方案,就頂推位移量與頂推力的大小進(jìn)行了分析,并推導(dǎo)了合龍溫差與頂推力大小的關(guān)系式。結(jié)合工程實(shí)際情況,對比分析了不同頂推方案對結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。
[Abstract]:Continuous rigid frame bridge has been developed rapidly because of its smooth driving, less expansion joints, reasonable force, convenient construction, and good topographic adaptability and environmental coordination. It is one of the bridge types widely built in our country. With the increasing height, span and continuous length of the bridge pier, the high pier is also developing towards the direction of thin-wall lightweight. Because of the thin high wall of the pier, the stability of the high pier in the construction process is becoming more and more prominent. In order to ensure the safety of the structure in the construction stage and prevent the instability of the structure, it is necessary to analyze the stability of the high pier in the construction stage. At the same time, the multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge involves many system transformation in the closing process, and different system transformation methods have different effects on the force and alignment of the structure. Based on the engineering background of Chengchuan River Bridge, this paper uses Midas/Civil finite element software to model and analyze. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) the self stability of pier 5 under different load combinations, the stability of the maximum cantilever construction stage and the stability after completion of the bridge are analyzed. The results show that both the construction stage and the stability of the bridge meet the requirements. (2) three different closing sequences are put forward for the multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge, and the effects of different closing sequences on the alignment, stress and internal force of the structure are discussed. The closing sequence of the first middle span, the latter span and the second side span is determined by comparative analysis. (3) on this basis, the effects of closure temperature difference and shrinkage and creep on the deformation of bridge structure are considered respectively. In order to reduce its adverse effect on the structure, the horizontal top thrust can be applied to the beam body in the closure section of the continuous rigid frame bridge, so that the pier can produce a certain pre-offset displacement. In this paper, three schemes of applying top thrust are put forward, the displacement of top push and the magnitude of top thrust are analyzed, and the relationship between closure temperature difference and top thrust is deduced. Combined with the actual situation of the project, the influence of different push schemes on the structure is compared and analyzed.
