大直徑袋裝混凝土灌注樁現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)分析

【摘要】:我國內(nèi)陸鹽漬土環(huán)境中,在荷載作用、凍融循環(huán)、干濕交替、鹵水腐蝕等多因子復(fù)合劣化作用下,混凝土遭受腐蝕破壞非常強(qiáng)烈。目前對于內(nèi)陸強(qiáng)、過鹽漬土地區(qū)多腐蝕因子綜合作用下混凝土耐久性問題認(rèn)識仍不成熟,還處于不斷總結(jié)、研究階段。本文對大直徑袋裝混凝土灌注樁進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)研究分析,其目的是解決在內(nèi)陸鹽漬土地區(qū)橋涵基礎(chǔ)使用的大直徑混凝土灌注樁的防腐蝕問題。 本文采用“三布兩膜”復(fù)合土工布制作的專用防腐袋將混凝土樁體包裹起來,阻止鹽漬土和地下水(鹵水)等腐蝕物質(zhì)接觸和侵入樁體,保證樁體混凝土不受到腐蝕,從而延長樁體的使用壽命。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢驗(yàn)大直徑袋裝混凝土灌注樁專用防腐袋袋體材料的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)。共設(shè)計3根樁長45m、樁徑1.2m的大直徑袋裝混凝土灌注樁,并在本試驗(yàn)依托工程所在地進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)性施工研究,采用樁承載力自平衡測試法對樁體承載力進(jìn)行測試。通過現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn),對“大直徑袋裝混凝土灌注樁”這一新技術(shù)的操作性、可靠性、實(shí)用性、樁理論基樁承載力與實(shí)際承載力的差別等方面,,進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)性的研究總結(jié),為在實(shí)際工程中的全面應(yīng)用做一些探索性、基礎(chǔ)性的工作,為確保察格高速公路橋涵基礎(chǔ)工程高效率、高質(zhì)量、按期完工積累實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明“三布兩膜”復(fù)合土工布的強(qiáng)度特性、布與樁側(cè)土界面摩擦特性、抗?jié)B性、耐久性等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足大直徑袋裝混凝土灌注樁設(shè)計、施工要求,“三布兩膜”復(fù)合土工布的設(shè)計方案合理、科學(xué),滿足大直徑袋裝混凝土灌注樁使用要求。試樁結(jié)果顯示,大直徑袋裝混凝土灌注樁承載力高,完全滿足工程要求,且能有效降低地下混凝土工程對混凝土自身的要求和附加的防腐蝕措施,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益優(yōu)勢明顯,可以在內(nèi)陸鹽漬土地區(qū)推廣使用。 本文總結(jié)了中交第一公路勘察設(shè)計研究院在察爾汗鹽湖至格爾木高速公路工程實(shí)踐中取得的部分研究成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

[Abstract]:In the environment of inland saline soil in China, the corrosion damage of concrete is very strong under the combined deterioration of load, freeze-thaw cycle, dry and wet alternation, brine corrosion and so on. At present, the understanding of concrete durability under the comprehensive action of multiple corrosion factors in inland strong and over-saline soil areas is still immature, and it is still in the stage of continuous summary and research. In this paper, the field test and analysis of large diameter bagged concrete cast-in-place pile are carried out, the purpose of which is to solve the corrosion prevention problem of large diameter concrete cast-in-place pile used in bridge and culvert foundation in inland saline soil area. In this paper, a special anticorrosion bag made of "three cloth and two films" composite geotextile is used to wrap up the concrete pile body to prevent the contact and invasion of saline soil and groundwater (brine) into the pile body, so as to ensure that the pile concrete is not corroded, so as to prolong the service life of the pile body. The performance indexes of special anticorrosive bag material for large diameter bagged concrete pile were tested in laboratory. A total of three large diameter bagged concrete cast-in-place piles with a length of 45m and a diameter of 1.2m were designed. The experimental construction research was carried out on the basis of the project site, and the bearing capacity of the pile was tested by the self-balance test method of pile bearing capacity. Through the field test, the operation, reliability and practicability of the new technology of "large diameter bagged concrete cast-in-place pile", the difference between the bearing capacity of the pile theory and the actual bearing capacity of the pile are studied and summarized experimentally. some exploratory and basic work is done for the comprehensive application in the practical engineering, and practical experience is accumulated in order to ensure the high efficiency, high quality and timely completion of the bridge and culvert foundation project of Chage Expressway. The laboratory test results show that the strength characteristics, friction characteristics, impermeability and durability of "three cloth and two film" composite geotextile meet the design and construction requirements of large diameter bagged concrete cast-in-place pile, and the design scheme of "three cloth and two film" composite geotextile is reasonable, scientific and meets the requirements of large diameter bagged concrete cast-in-place pile. The results of pile test show that the bearing capacity of large diameter bagged concrete cast-in-place pile is high, which fully meets the engineering requirements, and can effectively reduce the requirements of underground concrete engineering for concrete itself and additional corrosion prevention measures, the economic benefits are obvious, and it can be popularized and used in inland saline soil areas. This paper summarizes some research results and experiences obtained by Zhongjiao No.1 Highway Survey and Design Research Institute in the engineering practice of Chaerhan Salt Lake to Golmud Expressway.
