HDPE-橡膠粉復(fù)合改性瀝青及其應(yīng)力吸收層混合料性能

【摘要】:為了防治反射裂縫的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,對HDPE-橡膠粉復(fù)合改性瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層混合料進(jìn)行研究。利用不同摻量的HDPE和橡膠粉作為改性劑對基質(zhì)90~#瀝青進(jìn)行改性制備;根據(jù)應(yīng)力吸收層瀝青材料的技術(shù)要求,選擇出適宜的改性劑摻量配比,與所選AC-5合成級配的集料拌和形成混合料,并對混合料的低溫抗裂性能和水穩(wěn)定性能進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。研究表明,在基質(zhì)瀝青中摻入5%的HDPE和10%的橡膠粉制備的改性瀝青混合料可作為應(yīng)力吸收層材料,且具有良好的低溫抗裂性能和水穩(wěn)定性能。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent and control the occurrence and development of reflection cracks, HDPE rubber powder composite modified asphalt stress absorbing layer mixture was studied. Modification of 90~#asphalt was prepared by using HDPE and rubber powder as modifier. According to the technical requirements of the asphalt material of the stress absorbing layer, the appropriate mixture ratio of modifier is selected, and the mixture is mixed with the selected AC5 synthetic graded aggregate, and the low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the mixture are tested. The results show that the modified asphalt mixture prepared by adding 5%HDPE and 10%rubber powder into the matrix asphalt can be used as the stress absorbing layer material, and has good low temperature crack resistance and water stability.
