交通運(yùn)輸車遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控終端的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,交通運(yùn)輸事業(yè)正以日新月異的面貌不斷推進(jìn)。然而,不可否認(rèn)地,隨之存在著日益頻發(fā)的車輛安全事故,以及超載超速、公車私用等有礙社會(huì)繁榮有序發(fā)展的不利因素,因此,車輛的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控顯得尤為重要。 國內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)的車輛遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能較為單一,技術(shù)成熟度不高,無法實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、管理交通運(yùn)輸車的各項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)和運(yùn)行情況;而國外相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品則價(jià)位較高,難以在國內(nèi)推廣使用。 本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外車輛遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及實(shí)際需求,提出了一種基于以太網(wǎng)傳輸、GPS定位、3G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸、人機(jī)交互以及流媒體播放等技術(shù)的車輛遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控方案,設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)了具備錄像采集傳輸、車輛本地控制以及遠(yuǎn)程定位監(jiān)控等功能的交通運(yùn)輸車遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)包括車載錄像采集存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備、車輛遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控終端以及遠(yuǎn)程用戶查詢端三大部分,其中遠(yuǎn)程用戶查詢端的設(shè)計(jì)不在本論文考慮范疇內(nèi),而車輛遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控終端的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)以及相應(yīng)測試分析則是論文的主體部分。作為一款新型的車輛監(jiān)控類產(chǎn)品,交通運(yùn)輸車遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控終端功能完備、集成度高,能夠采集、顯示、傳輸車輛監(jiān)控錄像、重要工作參數(shù)以及定位信息,供道路從業(yè)人員本地查看或相關(guān)用戶遠(yuǎn)程查詢。并且該設(shè)備提供的人機(jī)界面除了具有顯示各類重要信息的功能外,還為實(shí)時(shí)、有效、便捷的本地控制提供了可能。此外,設(shè)計(jì)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控終端還具備IC智能驗(yàn)證、語音通訊、數(shù)據(jù)拷貝等實(shí)用功能。 本文結(jié)合工程實(shí)際,首先給出了交通運(yùn)輸車遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控終端的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,并據(jù)此詳細(xì)介紹了該監(jiān)控終端的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)工作,最后進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的功能測試分析,測試結(jié)果合理有效,能較好地滿足既定要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic construction, transportation is advancing with each passing day. However, it is undeniable that there are more and more frequent vehicle safety accidents, overloading and speeding, private use of buses and other unfavorable factors hindering the prosperity and orderly development of society, so the remote monitoring of vehicles is particularly important. The traditional vehicle remote monitoring system in China has a single function, low technical maturity, can not monitor in real time, and manages the important indexes and operation of transportation vehicles, while the corresponding products in foreign countries are expensive and difficult to be popularized and used in China. According to the development status and actual demand of vehicle remote monitoring system at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a vehicle remote monitoring scheme based on Ethernet transmission, GPS positioning, 3G wireless network transmission, human-computer interaction and streaming media playing technology, and designs and develops a remote monitoring system of transportation vehicle with the functions of video capture and transmission, vehicle local control and remote positioning monitoring. The system includes three parts: vehicle video acquisition and storage equipment, vehicle remote monitoring terminal and remote user query terminal. The design of remote user query terminal is not considered in this paper, and the software and hardware design and corresponding test analysis of vehicle remote monitoring terminal are the main part of this paper. As a new type of vehicle monitoring product, the remote monitoring terminal of transportation vehicle has complete function and high integration. It can collect, display and transmit vehicle monitoring video, important working parameters and positioning information for local inspection by road practitioners or remote query by relevant users. The man-machine interface provided by the device not only has the function of displaying all kinds of important information, but also provides the possibility for real-time, effective and convenient local control. In addition, the designed remote monitoring terminal also has IC intelligent verification, voice communication, data copy and other practical functions. In this paper, combined with the engineering practice, the overall design scheme of the remote monitoring terminal for transportation vehicle is given, and the hardware design and software design of the monitoring terminal are introduced in detail. Finally, the corresponding functional test and analysis are carried out. The test results are reasonable and effective, and can meet the established requirements.
