【摘要】：鑒于傳統(tǒng)的坑槽修補法存在冷接縫、接縫處新舊料粘結薄弱、新料難壓實、空隙率偏大易滲水等缺點導致壽命短的現(xiàn)狀,提出了基于微波加熱的瀝青路面永久性坑槽修補法。采用微波加熱源,新舊料溫度一致,壁面為自然面,接縫可有一定傾角,粘結良好,力學計算表明可改善坑槽的拉剪應力,實現(xiàn)了結構永久性;采用易密實瀝青混合料為修補材料,材料參數(shù)均勻、無突變,實現(xiàn)了材料永久性;關鍵施工工藝采用熱瀝青為粘結料、采用壓縫帶增強接縫粘結力及防水性能,形成了立體防水體系,實現(xiàn)了防水永久性。結構、材料、防水三大永久性相輔相成,基于微波加熱的整套坑槽修補工藝從理論上和實體工程驗證上均表明是永久性的坑槽修補法。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the traditional pothole repair method has cold joints, the bond of new and old materials at the joints is weak, the new materials are difficult to compaction, and the voidage is too large and easy to seep into water, the permanent pothole repair method of asphalt pavement based on microwave heating is put forward. The microwave heating source is used, the temperature of the new and old materials is the same, the wall is the natural surface, the joint can have a certain inclination angle and good bond, the mechanical calculation shows that the tensile and shear stress of the pit can be improved and the structure is permanent, and the easily dense asphalt mixture is used as the repair material, the material parameters are uniform and there is no sudden change, and the material permanence is realized. In the key construction technology, hot asphalt is used as binder, and seam belt is used to enhance the bonding force and waterproofing performance of the joint, which forms a three-dimensional waterproof system and realizes waterproofing permanence. The three permanent methods of structure, material and waterproofing complement each other. The whole pothole repair process based on microwave heating shows that it is a permanent pothole repair method both in theory and in solid engineering verification.
