城市軌道交通和常規(guī)公交的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)及協(xié)同關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:自20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),我國(guó)內(nèi)地各大城市的軌道交通建設(shè)如火如荼,城市軌道交通以其準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)、快捷等諸多優(yōu)勢(shì),迅速成為各大城市公共交通骨干線的理想交通方式,可以想見(jiàn),在未來(lái)的城市公共交通體系里,城市軌道交通將成為堪比常規(guī)公交的重要組成部分。但在促使城市公共交通系統(tǒng)得到長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展的同時(shí),城市軌道交通也對(duì)常規(guī)公交產(chǎn)生了較大的客流沖擊,在此背景下,常規(guī)公交必須作出相應(yīng)調(diào)整,應(yīng)對(duì)城市軌道交通對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的客流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。本文在對(duì)城市軌道和常規(guī)公交的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行量化的基礎(chǔ)上,分析研究?jī)烧叩膮f(xié)同發(fā)展關(guān)系,制定常規(guī)公交的調(diào)整方法,避免公共交通體系下常規(guī)公交與軌道交通的內(nèi)耗,充分發(fā)揮這兩者的自身優(yōu)勢(shì),減少客流重疊,使兩種交通線網(wǎng)緊密聯(lián)結(jié)、互補(bǔ)短長(zhǎng),為構(gòu)建一體化的城市公共交通系統(tǒng)打下基礎(chǔ)。 在城市軌道交通和常規(guī)公交的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系的量化研究中,首先對(duì)兩種公交方式的特性進(jìn)行了比較,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了城市軌道交通的影響范圍及其客流來(lái)源,明確了城市軌道和常規(guī)公交客流爭(zhēng)奪的空間范圍和客流屬性。接著,利用效用最大化原理,建立了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)范圍內(nèi)兩者的客流分擔(dān)率模型,并引入廣州市蘿崗區(qū)的相關(guān)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)擬合,為后面的協(xié)同關(guān)系研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 而在城市軌道交通和常規(guī)公交的協(xié)同研究中,分析了實(shí)現(xiàn)公共交通系統(tǒng)協(xié)同的外部因素和內(nèi)部因素,指出了軌道和常規(guī)公交的一體化是實(shí)現(xiàn)公交系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部協(xié)同的要素,并從兩者的線網(wǎng)布局、運(yùn)能匹配、換乘樞紐體系構(gòu)建、票價(jià)政策等多方面著手,對(duì)兩者的協(xié)同關(guān)系進(jìn)行了深入研究。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, the construction of rail transit in major cities in mainland China has been in full swing. Urban rail transit has rapidly become an ideal mode of transportation for the backbone of public transport in major cities because of its advantages such as punctuality and rapidity. It can be imagined that in the future urban public transport system, urban rail transit will become an important part comparable to conventional public transport. However, while promoting the rapid development of urban public transport system, urban rail transit has also had a great impact on conventional public transport. In this context, the conventional public transport must make corresponding adjustments to deal with the passenger flow competition caused by urban rail transit. Based on the quantification of the competitive relationship between urban rail and conventional public transport, this paper analyzes and studies the cooperative development relationship between the two, formulates the adjustment method of conventional public transport, avoids the internal friction between conventional public transport and rail transit under the public transport system, gives full play to the advantages of the two, reduces the overlap of passenger flow, makes the two kinds of traffic network closely connected, complements each other's short length, and lays the foundation for the construction of an integrated urban public transport system. In the quantitative study of the competitive relationship between urban rail transit and conventional public transport, firstly, the characteristics of the two modes of public transport are compared, on the basis of which the influence range and passenger flow source of urban rail transit are analyzed, and the space range and passenger flow attribute of urban rail and conventional public transport passenger flow competition are clarified. Then, based on the principle of utility maximization, the passenger flow sharing rate model of the two in the competitive range is established, and the relevant survey data of Luogang District in Guangzhou are introduced, and the data fitting of the model is carried out, which lays a foundation for the later study of synergy. In the collaborative research of urban rail transit and conventional public transport, this paper analyzes the external and internal factors to realize the coordination of public transport system, points out that the integration of rail and conventional public transport is the key factor to realize the internal coordination of public transport system, and makes a deep study on the collaborative relationship between the two from many aspects, such as the layout of the network, the matching of transportation capacity, the construction of transfer hub system, fare policy and so on.
