冷銑刨、加工工藝對RAP級配及顆粒形狀影響

【摘要】:為了評價冷銑刨、加工工藝對RAP級配及顆粒形狀的影響,對舊瀝青路面干燥條件下三層一次銑刨、分層銑刨、變速銑刨、以及潮濕條件下銑刨取回的RAP料,在直接破碎、篩分與破碎、篩分、強制攪拌兩種RAP加工工藝處理后,采用燃燒法對各檔RAP料級配離散性、針片狀顆粒含量進行了試驗分析。結(jié)果表明:在一定的破碎、分檔工藝條件下,舊路三層瀝青面層一次性銑刨RAP級配離散性與分層銑刨的離散性差異不顯著;銑刨速度對RAP中集料的針片狀顆粒含量的影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the influence of cold milling and planing and processing technology on RAP gradation and particle shape, the RAP materials obtained from three layers of primary milling, layered milling, variable speed milling and planing under dry conditions of old asphalt pavement are directly broken. After two kinds of RAP processing processes, screening and crushing, screening and forced stirring, the dispersion of RAP materials and the content of needle-like particles were tested and analyzed by combustion method. The results show that there is no significant difference between the dispersion of RAP grade and the dispersion of layered milling planer under the condition of certain crushing and grading process. The effect of milling speed on the content of needle-like particles in RAP was not significant.
