【摘要】:施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是項(xiàng)目管理的總規(guī)劃,是指導(dǎo)技術(shù)管理以及現(xiàn)場施工的綜合性經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)文件,科學(xué)適當(dāng)?shù)氖┕そM織設(shè)計(jì)能夠?yàn)槭┕すこ唐鸬街笇?dǎo)和協(xié)調(diào)作用。施工單位認(rèn)真編制切實(shí)可行的實(shí)施性施工組織設(shè)計(jì)非常重要。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的深化和社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步建立,施工現(xiàn)場管理也出現(xiàn)了諸多的矛盾和問題。無庸置疑,施工現(xiàn)場中的管理是項(xiàng)目管理中占有重要成分的組成部分,其起著十分重要的作用,且具有良好的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。 建設(shè)項(xiàng)目需要進(jìn)行多方面的工作才能開展并達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。公路的建設(shè)包括決策、設(shè)計(jì)、材料設(shè)備采購、施工和竣工驗(yàn)收等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。從我國目前的工程建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看,只有嚴(yán)格按照基本程序運(yùn)行才能取得更好的投資效果。因而當(dāng)前更應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)按基本程序開展各項(xiàng)工程建設(shè)工作,從而使建設(shè)管理穩(wěn)步前進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度以及成本的最優(yōu)。 大橋建設(shè)項(xiàng)目是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜而龐大的工程。為了能順利完成這個(gè)項(xiàng)目,在項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃決策的不同階段,以及相關(guān)問題,如系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃工作之間的施工順序,持續(xù)時(shí)間和相互銜接的適當(dāng)?shù)膬?nèi)容建設(shè)工作,特別是對(duì)項(xiàng)目整體進(jìn)度產(chǎn)生影響的施工現(xiàn)場布局,對(duì)進(jìn)行建設(shè)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目影響進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究,而對(duì)在實(shí)施問題的過程中可能出現(xiàn)的情況做好應(yīng)急預(yù)案,這充分體現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目組織設(shè)計(jì)和施工現(xiàn)場管理的目標(biāo)和意義。 本文通過查閱國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),參考優(yōu)秀的施工組織案例,歸納總結(jié)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中存在的主要問題、指導(dǎo)原則和主要內(nèi)容,分析施工組織設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工組織設(shè)計(jì)與項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃的相互關(guān)系,并采用橫道圖法和網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖法,設(shè)計(jì)了一種切實(shí)可行的施工組織結(jié)構(gòu)模式,提出了施工組織總體部署設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容和步驟、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)審核要素、程序和方法。結(jié)合南通市某區(qū)段高等級(jí)公路的實(shí)際情況,編制了科學(xué)、有效的實(shí)施性施工組織設(shè)計(jì),質(zhì)量保證體系,安全保證體系,環(huán)境保證體系及臨時(shí)交通組織方案,并介紹了輔助工程和結(jié)構(gòu)工程相應(yīng)部分的具體施工方案,有效地指導(dǎo)了該工程的順利實(shí)施,取得了很好的質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度控制效果。研究成果對(duì)提高類似工程施工組織具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Construction organization design is the general plan of project management, and it is a comprehensive economic and technical document to guide technical management and site construction. Scientific and appropriate construction organization design can play a guiding and coordinating role in construction project. It is very important for construction units to conscientiously compile feasible practical construction organization design. With the deepening of China's economic system reform and the gradual establishment of socialist market economy system, there are many contradictions and problems in construction site management. There is no doubt that the management in the construction site is an important part of project management, which plays a very important role and has good practical guiding significance. Construction projects need to carry out a variety of work in order to carry out and achieve the desired results. Highway construction includes decision-making, design, material and equipment procurement, construction and completion acceptance and so on. From the current engineering construction experience in our country, only by strictly following the basic procedures can we achieve better investment results. Therefore, at present, emphasis should be placed on carrying out all kinds of engineering construction work according to the basic procedures, so as to make the construction management move forward steadily and realize the optimization of the quality, progress and cost of the construction project. The bridge construction project is a complex and huge project. In order to successfully complete the project, at different stages of the project planning and decision-making, as well as related issues, such as the construction sequence between the system planning work, the duration and the appropriate content construction work that connects with each other, In particular, the layout of the construction site, which has an impact on the overall progress of the project, makes a detailed study on the impact of the key and difficult points of the construction on the construction project, and makes a good emergency plan for the situations that may occur in the process of implementing the problems. This fully reflects the goal and significance of project organization design and construction site management. By consulting the domestic and foreign literature and referring to the excellent construction organization cases, this paper sums up the main problems, guiding principles and main contents in the construction organization design. This paper analyzes the relationship between the construction organization design and the project quality plan, and designs a feasible construction organization structure mode by using the crosswalk diagram method and the network plan diagram method. The contents and steps of the overall deployment design of construction organization, the audit elements, procedures and methods of construction organization design are put forward. Combined with the actual situation of a section of high grade highway in Nantong City, a scientific and effective practical construction organization design, quality assurance system, safety assurance system, environmental assurance system and temporary traffic organization scheme have been worked out. The concrete construction scheme of the auxiliary engineering and the corresponding part of the structural engineering is introduced, which effectively guides the smooth implementation of the project and obtains good quality and progress control results. The research results play an important guiding role in improving the construction organization of similar projects.
