濰坊市海環(huán)互通立交橋工程進(jìn)度控制研究
[Abstract]:Project schedule management refers to the preparation and implementation of the work contents, working procedures, duration and cohesion of each stage of the project according to the principles of the overall goal of progress and the optimal allocation of resources. Then, in the course of the implementation of the progress plan, the deviation situation is analyzed, the deviation correction measures or adjustments are taken, and the original plan is modified and then put into practice. The goal is not only to ensure that the construction project can be delivered to use according to the scheduled time. Give full play to the benefits of investment in a timely manner, and is conducive to maintaining a good economic order of the country. The first part of this paper introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the study and the research status of project schedule management by scholars at home and abroad, and clarifies the purpose of solving the problem and what means to solve the problem. The second part of the paper introduces the general situation of Weifang Beihai Road and Beihuan Road Interchange Project, clarifies the specific situation of the research object, and defines the scope of the research. In the third part, according to the theory and method of project schedule management, the progress plan of Haihuan Interchange Project is compiled on the basis of WBS work, and an example is given to illustrate how to draw the network plan diagram of the project. Bin describes the key path of the project in the form of text and legend. The fourth part discusses the dynamic control of the implementation process of the progress plan, discusses the principles, methods and measures of progress control, and implements the omni-directional progress control in the organization, technology and resources of the Haihuan Interchange Project. In the fifth part of the paper, through the analysis of the project implementation status information collection and application process, the cost control flow chart and quality control flow chart of the construction project are given, and the relationship between the project schedule control and the quality cost control is analyzed. It is conducive to achieving the goal of quality-progress-cost control.
