基于多尺度模型的海河大橋施工數(shù)值模擬
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the Haihe Bridge under construction, the construction process of the bridge and the construction process of the bridge deck are simulated under the condition of two different anti-pulling parts. The main work is as follows: using ANSYS finite element software, The macroscopic finite element model of Haihe Bridge is established. According to the numerical simulation results of the macro model and the node construction, the nodes that need to establish the fine model are determined, and the multi-scale finite element model of the bridge is established. Based on the multi-scale model, the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep is considered, and the construction process of Haihe Bridge is simulated by using the life and death element method. According to the simulation results, the stress distribution law of fine joint model and the displacement distribution law of the whole bridge under each working condition are summarized. In order to solve the problem of using spring element to simulate and arrange the anti-pulling parts of the upper string in the negative moment area of the bridge support, a simulation method is proposed to realize the change of the connection conditions between the upper string and the concrete slab between different working conditions. The construction process of bridge deck under two kinds of anti-pullout arrangement schemes is simulated, and the simulation results are compared with the simulation results without considering the bond between the upper chord and concrete slab in the negative moment area. It is found that the bridge displacement simulated under the two anti-pullout layout schemes is smaller than that without slip. The two kinds of anti-pullout parts will make the upper string of truss subjected to preloading, and the arrangement of anti-pullout parts has little effect on the tensile stress distribution of bridge deck in negative moment area.
