瀝青路面可靠性基礎研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面作為我國公路路面的主要結(jié)構形式,由于在設計、施工或使用過程中存在大量的不確定性因素,其可靠性問題尤為突出,主要表現(xiàn)在路面的使用性能不能夠滿足現(xiàn)代道路交通需求。因此,為使瀝青路面的設計和施工更加趨于合理、完善,更好反映路面結(jié)構的實際狀況,降低理論與實際的不吻合程度,對瀝青路面可靠性進行研究尤其重要。本文在參考國內(nèi)外相關研究成果的基礎上,結(jié)合我國道路路面工程的特點,對瀝青路面可靠性進行了較為系統(tǒng)的基礎性研究,并取得以下主要成果: (1)在廣泛調(diào)查研究國內(nèi)外相關資料的基礎上,分析了影響瀝青路面可靠性的內(nèi)部因素和外部因素,主要包括路面材料特性、路面結(jié)構設計、環(huán)境因素、車輛荷載、施工和養(yǎng)護水平等。各因素間相互關聯(lián)、影響,甚至疊加,,導致了瀝青路面的病害和破損。 (2)結(jié)合路面結(jié)構的特點,在給出瀝青路面的可靠性定義的基礎上,分析了路面結(jié)構的三種極限狀態(tài):承載能力極限狀態(tài)、結(jié)構損傷極限狀態(tài)及正常使用極限狀態(tài),并給出了以彎沉和彎拉應力為控制指標的極限狀態(tài)方程,為瀝青路面可靠性分析奠定了基礎。 (3)提出了瀝青路面模糊隨機可靠性分析方法,并結(jié)合一工程示例,對瀝青路面可靠性進行了分析。結(jié)果表明,當考慮路面的模糊性時,其可靠度比不考慮模糊性時有所降低,計算結(jié)果與工程實際更趨于一致。 (4)結(jié)合影響瀝青路面可靠性的因素,詳細討論了從結(jié)構、材料、施工及養(yǎng)護等幾個方面來改善或提高瀝青路面可靠性的措施,主要包括:合理改變?yōu)r青路面結(jié)構層厚度,改善結(jié)構層間連接、有效提高有機結(jié)合料的性能和集料的質(zhì)量、改善瀝青與礦料的黏附性、選擇合適的瀝青混合料類型、改善瀝青混凝土面層的性能并適當采用新材料、加強施工作業(yè)質(zhì)量控制、實施預防性養(yǎng)護等。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement, as the main structural form of highway pavement in our country, has a large number of uncertain factors in the process of design, construction or use, so its reliability is particularly prominent. The main performance of the road surface can not meet the needs of modern road traffic. Therefore, in order to make the design and construction of asphalt pavement more reasonable, perfect, better reflect the actual situation of pavement structure, and reduce the degree of inconsistency between theory and practice, it is particularly important to study the reliability of asphalt pavement. On the basis of referring to the relevant research results at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of road pavement engineering in our country, this paper makes a systematic basic research on the reliability of asphalt pavement. The main results are as follows: (1) on the basis of extensive investigation and study of relevant data at home and abroad, the internal and external factors affecting the reliability of asphalt pavement are analyzed, including pavement material characteristics and pavement structure design. Environmental factors, vehicle load, construction and maintenance level, etc. The factors are interrelated, affected and even superimposed, which leads to the disease and damage of asphalt pavement. (2) according to the characteristics of pavement structure, on the basis of giving the definition of reliability of asphalt pavement, three kinds of limit states of pavement structure are analyzed: the limit state of bearing capacity, the limit state of structural damage and the limit state of normal use. The limit state equation with deflection and tensile stress as the control index is given, which lays a foundation for reliability analysis of asphalt pavement. (3) the fuzzy random reliability analysis method of asphalt pavement is put forward, and the reliability of asphalt pavement is analyzed with an engineering example. The results show that when the fuzziness of pavement is considered, the reliability is lower than that without fuzziness, and the calculated results are more consistent with the engineering practice. (4) combined with the factors that affect the reliability of asphalt pavement, the measures to improve or improve the reliability of asphalt pavement from the aspects of structure, material, construction and maintenance are discussed in detail, including: reasonably changing the thickness of asphalt pavement structure layer, Improve the interlayer connection of the structure, effectively improve the performance of the organic binder and the quality of the aggregate, improve the adhesion between asphalt and mineral, select the appropriate type of asphalt mixture, improve the performance of the asphalt concrete surface layer and adopt the new material properly. Strengthen the quality control of construction operation, carry out preventive maintenance and so on.
